Pattern Beauty - Disappointing Experience with Pattern Beauty's Customer Service and Delivery

So, I was really excited to try out Pattern Beauty's hair products. I ordered a few things from their website, but unfortunately, I never received them. I tried reaching out to their customer service team multiple times, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's really frustrating because I paid for these products and I have no idea where they are or when I'll get them. I hope they can fix this issue soon because I was really looking forward to trying out their products.
