I've been a Bell mobility business customer for over 15 years. In the past few years Bell offered better products to a new customers rather than existing loyal ones. Few weeks ago we extended our business in the northern Ontario and decided to order business internet from Bell- since they are service this area. What a mistake! Called bell 3 times and trying to order service, before ordering completed- bell representatives told us that they can not complete order for unknown reasons?! and they will call back with explanation and complete order, and no one called back! We are loosing our business for not having a simple internet?!
Thanks God there is other providers available and we will be looking for getting our service somewhere else. As soon as our mobile service contract is over in couple of months, we will move that service to probably Rogers- they are offering great deals to business customers on a lots of services, as a matter of fact we moved our internet at the main location all ready.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
