I ordered a king size divan with four drawers and a wooden headboard for my daughter's birthday tomorrow.
It was delivered and the drivers left within five minutes.
The divan is soaking wet in one corner and ripped. No drawers or headboard!. I sent an email to Bedstar, they say wait for a call.
Not good enough when their reviews are so good.
I paid over £400 pounds for what!

my bed was delivered 2 hours late. upon arrival I asked how many boxes there were. driver stated 4. he brought up 3 boxes. I notice on each box was printed box 2 of 4, box 3 of 4 and box 4 of 4. missing box 1 of 4. I asked the driver ware the mine box was and he had crossed out the number 4 on the paperwork and written a 3. I stated im not signing for this delivery with out all the boxes. he said he was going to his van to call the company and then just drove off.

ive emailed and called the company to resolve this issue but ive had no response at all and ive only got half a bed.

We ordered a mattress £539. They delivered on time and quickly . However when we unpacked it was the wrong mattress in fact not one listed on their website but we did find elsewhere and priced at a few hundred pounds less.
customer service tel number is a premium to call.

I emailed in and they arranged for mattress to be picked up and correct one to be delivered week later.
The delivery failed due to capacity issue on the vehicle.
I had to call up again they arranged next day and when it arrived I checked on the van and it was same incorrect mattress as delivered week before but even cheaper one only 1000 pocket not 3000 pocket so soft.
I am still trying to resolve after 3 weeks and have logged via Paypal an issue.
Crap customer service impersonal and reluctant
I do wonder how many matresses they sell but deliver a cheaper one with less spec and people may not realise!

I purchased a bed on Thursday 3rd October (approx £500l.This is the first time i have used Bedstar to purchase anything.

The delivery was die on Friday (4th Oct) afternoon, I was due to be at home.Unfortunately at 2pm i was called to go the hospital as my dad was involved in a road accident.On way there the delivery driver called to say he was at the property but no one was there.He advised me that he can either:
1.Leave the items with my neighbour
2.Come back another day

I called Bedstar today and explained the emergency which took place last Friday.I have been told that i will need to pay approx £50 for another delivery.

Due to the circumstances i believe the fee should be waived as this was a unforseeable incident.I am happy to provide you with details of the hospital.

To be honest i am disaapointed with the response i have received to re deliver the items.

Can you please look into this as i refuse to pay any charges.
