I purchased brand new bed from Bedstar but for some reason they’ve messed things up and I received another be instead of the one that I received was poorer quality than advertised and it was clear from the first sight that it was chinese scam Avoid buying from Bedstar Ltd.

Shocking company and product
Product was delivered damaged and parts missing, the parts delivered were put together wrongly. Over a week for correct parts to arrive, customer service were rude and did not care. Complained (only allowed to do this by email) three weeks to reply.
Please do not order with this company, product and service really bad

We ordered a bed and matress for our 5 year old daughter. Bed came... no mattress! Rang up to see where it was only to be told it had not been scanned. I asked when will I receive it? Don't know maybe tomorrow! So my 5 year old daughter doesn't have a bed to sleep in tonight...

The worst company - my whole interaction with them was an unending saga of incompetence. Only 4 out of 6 packages arrived - I had to chase the company about the last two (no-one contacted me to say that only 4/6 were ready or when the other two would come). One of the undelivered parcels was sent to my billing address, not my delivery address. Among the items I ordered were a mattress and a bedframe. The wrong size mattress was sent and the wrong colour bedframe. I then asked to return the bedframe and mattress that had been delivered and receive a refund, but instead, a second mattress appeared outside my front door when I got home from work one day. The mattresses and the bedframe had to be picked up by two different couriers. Despite asking for them to be picked up on a Thursday, at the last minute (and when I had already taken Thursday off from work), they told me that the couriers could only come on Friday. On Friday, the mattress courier apparently couldn't get into my property and call me - but I didn't receive a call and was in the property the whole day. The bedframe courier came hours after his estimated pick up slot. I have been home the whole of today - yet another day off work - waiting for the mattresses to be collected. They have yet to come, even though their estimated delivery slot is over. Apparently if they miss me today, I will have to pay for them to come again. This whole thing has been going on for two weeks now, during which I have been sleeping on the floor (moved into a new flat and don't have any furniture - waiting for the refund to get a new bed) and missed work on four occasions (including the original delivery). The mattress was from Visco therapy and the bedframe was a Birlea Rio. AVOID this retalier and do it the old fashioned way by going to a bed shop.

I ordered a bed and the courier only had 1 of the 2 boxes. They told me Bedstar were aware of this prior to sending, but Bedstar did not contact me to inform me that they we're sending me an incomplete order. I sent it back and didnt accept it, now I hope Bedstar will do the honorable thing and give me a full refund including delivery costs.

I wont hold my breath as it appears their service is abysmal.

What a terrible online company, poor communication. Ignored with online return forms constantly, ignored with the online chat system on the company website. Dont buy from these people, substandard products held together with dowels.

Ordered a bed frame on a Saturday and was assured delivery on a Tuesday (by email confirmation and the website).
Having taken a full day off work on Tuesday, no delivery.
The next few days were farcical with XDP (Delivery company) poor customer service only being matched by Bedstar's - as they had me wait at home another two times before the bed frame was actually delivered.
I selected Bedstar due to its delivery service even though the bed in question is significantly cheaper elsewhere:

My advice DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Use a competitor that is cheaper and will deliver when they state they will.
Also please note I contacted Bedstar and their response was the typical T&C's with no consideration for my time of the cost for taking all this time off work.
Very very disappointing.

I bought a divan guest bed last week: what a terrible mistake! They promised me a next day delivery, but instead it took 5 days for the delivery. And then the bed was broken on one side and had scratches and bruises on the fabric. I call them immediately and after one week I am still waiting for a call from the supplier and a refund. Fortunately I have paid with PayPal and I am proceeding to have back my money. What a awful company! Never ever again.

this company is TERRIBLE. they delivered a horrible guest bed, which after one night was obviously NOT worth a dime of what I had paid for it. When I emailed to return it, emails went ignored at first and I had to call in. Upon calling in, I explained how awful the bed was and they wrote:

Having spoken with you this afternoon regarding the folding bed we supplied we would be unable to accept the bed back as you confirmed that your mother had slept on the product on the Thursday night. If you had not used the bed we would have been able to arrange a collection providing it was still within its original packaging.
We are sorry you do not like the product but the item supplied is correct with its specifications.

So basically they feel they have no responsibility to take this TERRIBLE product back because I actually TRIED IT. How are you supposed to know if a product is faulty unless you try it?!?!?
