Get better customer service. Also, please respond to your clients emails. It is very unprofessional to ignore their request.

I live at *** and have had a few issues with the apartment but the building manager is amazing and always calls or texts me back within 5 minutes. Anything that I think needs to be looked at or fixed is scheduled right away.

The staff at Beal Properties has always been very responsive to all our concerns. Issues have been resolved in a timely and professional manner and our Building Engineer is always available to quickly sort out what needs to be done. It has been greatly appreciated!

Val is the building manager for my apartment in Evanston, and he is great. He is always prompt, courteous, and thorough. It is clear that he cares about the buildings and the people who live in them. Thanks for your hard work, Val. It is greatly appreciated. Peter

I just moved into one of the building on Belmont and have had an excellent experience with *** the building engineer. She has been so responsive and accommodating when I have contacted her about an issue. I am very glad I have her as my first point of contact if something ever goes wrong!

Denis and Fadila are the building manager and engineer at ***. They have been so helpful with my move in, working with my schedule and my movers to make the transition smooth. They have also been great about getting to my maintenance requests in a timely fashion and are always available by phone if I have a problem.

DO *** RENT FROM *** COMPANY! They are negligent and non-responsive to their tenets. Months of water damage and active mold and they did absolutely ***HING. My lease was finally up and I got out of there as soon as possible. Myself, my boyfriend, and my dog have now developed severe allergies and they could care less. In their words "they consider the matter closed". Unbelievable.

I have been a tenant since 2015, and I am a current tenant in 2020. Bree H in the renewal department was excellent to work with on my latest lease renewal. I had emailed her to change a few things around and she actively sought to help me. She found a mutually beneficial resolution for the renewal for all Parties. I have nothing but positive things to say about the customer service/leasing with Beal through Bree. Jesse

Barb & Danielle (in the office) and Sam (my property manager) have been nothing short of saints in my time of transition. I cannot express the gratitude of their services--personal and thorough, making sure anything I needed was taken care of promptly. I am extremely grateful to be a part of the Beal community with people that know exactly what customer service is all about. Thank you for hiring stellar people to represent you Beal Properties. And, a special thank you to all three of you for everything you've done to assist in making my moves seamless. 5 stars.

While I can't comment on the entire staff at Beal due to limited interaction, Denis and Fadila at *** are outstanding at keeping the building running smoothly and have been great to interact with. Any maintenance requests, issues, or questions are addressed quickly (usually same day) and all common areas have been kept clean and organized. At no point has this been more prevalent (and appreciated) than during COVID. All doors, handles, buttons, etc. have been disinfected frequently. They continue to go the extra mile to make sure tenants have a great place to live.

I still feel very secure and comfortable knowing my mother is in a good housing situation, and comfortable sorroundings, knowing she is in good hands with Beale properties, in an area that she loves to be in and calls home. My mother is a senior, and she has lived at a Beal property by Belmont and Halsted for almost 3 years. She is very comfortable there and she likes the area. Gabriella has been very nice and considerate. Especially as times have changed tremendously since my mother has moved in, I am still very comfortable knowing she is at this property, and knowing she is in good hands at this building. Thank you.

Hello,I am a tenant residing at 739. Belmont. I am a very pleased with my living environment. I feel very comfortable here and appreciate all of the extra care that is taken in the building. Gabriella, the building manager, is very considerate and responsive, in any matters and concerns and always gives well over 110%. It is a big decision choosing where to reside, feeling safe and comfortsble. Even throughout the pandemic, all matters of safety were always of top priority. Ive been living here in core *** through Beal Properties for several years. Im very happy and grateful for my stay and professional service from Beal Properties. Especially *** and *** are very professional and intelligent. When I was in need of help, they directly supported me with flexibility and great expertise. So my life has been so great in main ***. Also, our location is the best in core ***. Its located beside the beautiful lake and *** Park, and just 10min driving to downtown ***. We have both fancy city life and beautiful nature at the same time. Its the hub and heart of ***! So I highly recommend for Beal Properties and their team! Thank you a ton!

I have just moved in at *** building. The building is cleaned and nice. There were a couple of things that needed to be taken care of before and when I moved in, and Brian who takes care of the building and Alaina have been very responsive and helpful. The response was very quick, within the same day, and the problems fixed to my satisfaction. I am really grateful that they took all my concerns seriously and made sure all was taken care of. I really worried about this, but they did all they could to address all the issues. Even today, a guy came to fix my fridge. I have just sent an email to Brian and Alaina and it is done. Additionally, they have been very kind and FU if everything was fine. That is so nice and professional. I really appreciate that.

I moved into 445 W Wellington six months ago after having a bad experience with a different property management company. My experience here has been the complete opposite. Denis and Fadila, the building engineers, put their all into the building and its residents. They live in the building and truly want to make it a great place to live. Once, I got a delivery that came in a large box, and I had planned to have a friend help me move it the next day. But that night, I got a call from Denis, who offered to move the box up to my apartment for me. If I ever have an issue, I can text Denis and get an almost immediate response. Thanks to him and Fadila, the building is cleaned daily and always spotless. Our property manager, Majda, is also always quick to respond; I contacted her about an issue with spiders (common in high rises and older buildings) and got a call from both her and the exterminator within a few hours, scheduling my appointment for the very next day. Denis, Fadila, and Majda have always resolved my issues quickly and fully, even during the busy summer season. My apartment is large, newly renovated, and has an amazing view, but the care the team here puts into the building and its residents are what will keep me around.

Maintenance requests are often ignored or take weeks to be addressed, leaving tenants with broken appliances and other issues. The management team is unresponsive and unhelpful, making it difficult to get any issues resolved. The rent prices are also quite high for the poor living conditions. Overall, I would not recommend Beal Properties to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable living space.

Beal Properties is not good. They don't take care of their stuff. The washer and dryer say $2.95 but they charge me more. When I use two machines, they charge me $10 instead of $5. It's not fair.

I talked to Beal Properties 'bout my electric bill in February . It was way higher than before. Someone named *** got back to me on February 8th and said that the electrician messed up and connected my meter to the garden units. They fixed it and said they'd credit me for the extra usage. I sent them all the bills they asked for, but still haven't gotten my money back.

The office never answers my calls, which makes it hard to get clear information about renting. They always seem to put up roadblocks and communicate unprofessionally, assuming things about me based on my background and lifestyle. I don't think they follow the law when it comes to equal housing opportunities. They don't explain their decisions and seem to be making them up as they go along, which makes me think they're discriminating against me. They don't have clear application requirements for everyone. I applied on 09/13 after finding someone to take over my lease, and I wanted to move to another apartment in their network. Even though I always pay on time and make 50 times the rent, they're still making it hard for me to transfer.

Bathroom sink too big, can't use toilet. Beal Properties said no changes allowed. Nice design but not functional. Moved in Oct 15, 2021. Beal Properties said apartment "as is". Contacted managers, no help. Beal Properties did nothing.
