Beacon Shipping Logistics Roofing material and driver

Company shows up to my house and refuses to unload stated that they would have just dropped in my front yard we paid for them to unload the material through the third party for this company to have blatantly refused go somewhere else and the other gentleman decided to sit in my garage as my husband unloaded the pallet of which we paid for that's horrible Johnny even works neither of them should be showing up on private property sitting doing nothing and then the material that they did drop was open rude and considerate disrespectful go somewhere else and this company doesn't care about military families at all disrespectful rude inconsiderate go somewhere else

Desired outcome: We want our money back and a formal complaint with your corporate office

Beacon Shipping Logistics Unresponsible

We communicated with Fred to get a quote for our boat delivery. He called us back with the price and that boat with the trailer will be delivered on something but not pulled out. I even asked if I need a fortlifter and Fred told not because the low deck or so would be low to take it out. After trying to find the status of the delivery time, Fred called and told that bearings failed in middle of the way to us and that boat was pulled. He said that he explained to us about the price difference but he never did. After all he noticed that shipper is hard to communicate he gave us the shipper phone and took off. So my question what do we pay Beacon Shipping Logistics for that ourselves to communicate with the shipper who was totally insane and did whatever he wanted to charge more money from the client. Later we asked Marine phone to the shipper and nobody provided it to us, our boat was delivered after 20 days. I called Marine the phone fixed the nearings and they did not hear anything about the shipper. So, Fred takes companies for shipping not checking any reviews from clientele. The one he found for us was really bad, and its not only our opinion whole internet full of bad cientele reviews about this shipping company. So, Beacon Shipping Logistics unethical company, do not care about the customers, only takes money and then the boat delivery its your own problem. I called Fred to discuss all this matter as we purchased the quote thru his company and Fred told that he had bunch of other things than deal with the problems about my boat and the shipper. if I have any concerns can talk with shipper, so what is Fred's work then, what we paid couple hundreds dollars to him that he finds dishonest, bad communicate, lying company to ship out boat?

Posted messages should describe a personal, firsthand experience. Does Abbadon describe an experience? Was he even a customer? This is the only post and it doesn't reference a job done or any business with the company, and none of the companies mentioned are even in business anymore. Who cares if someone worked more than one job in a industry. Who hasnt.
Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message. Again can any of the Abbadon Account be in any way verified? Does anyone respond to an email sent to the account on file when registered? Is it even a valid account? The name couldnt be any faker sounding. I mean really does that sound like a disgruntled shipping customer or someone trying to stir up stuff and make connections where there arent any.
It would be nice if these boards followed their own terms of service now and again.
If Abaddon cant prove he ever did business with Beacon or even a lower standard that the account is anything but a fake to talk trash then it shoudl be removed.

Doesnt surprise me. This guy has worked at multiple companies over the years. Seems he and his buddy eric always get the bad reviews for there company and move. Whats worse is no one seems to realize he was the manager directly underneath Steve Materas at Guaranteed Auto Shipping, then Total Access out of Mass. Google that and the AG report. This guy goes back years for shady business. Sorry you got caught up in that.
