BeachBody review: Bodi is awful

I wish I could give zero stars.

Beachbody/BODi is a total scam. Their customer service is horrible and incompetent. I called to cancel my account in Jun2021, and the rep I spoke with confirmed they completed the action. Yet I continued to be billed ~$197 in Mar2024 and they continue to refuse to refund the money they stole from me.

Their customer service/corporate team is completely unhelpful and incredibly rude.

I looked at Reddit, and across different review platforms, and what happened to me seems to happen a lot to many others - so I feel like they are just a big scam of a company.
