GOLO Golo

Ordered a six month supply of golo and with 2 day shipping it would be around $ 212.65. Today i find outside in my bushes soaking wet a green box with only 3 bottles. I will be checking my credit card and your company charged me $212,65. Where are my other 3 bottles. The salesman said if i ordered 6 m0nth supply with 2 day shipping the listed amount above is what i would be charged/ also they spelled my last name leven when it is levine. Don't your people understand english. I will not be scasmmed i want my other 3 bottles

Desired outcome: i want my correct order or am i being scammed?

GOLO I purchased this in July and never got the package or the refund

I purchased this in July and never got the package or the refund. It was supposedly sent to a pick up location never told to me and so I've never even layed eyes on the box, which means it would've been returned to sender. However, Golo has not refunded money despite having the product returned, unopened.

I am writing a negative review because of a poor customer service, feeling quite sick after taking these tablets and also just my over all knowledge and understanding of medical issues and that put quite simply these tables do not work for me. I received these tablets and after a few days of taking them started to have bad stomach pains and bathroom issues that I will not go into. My gastroenterologist also warned me of these tablets after I had a gastroscopy preformed. It should be known that I contacted the customer service and because I was out of the country and the postal service were I was located would not take (as a return) I got an extended window of return to June 10 which I was grateful for. However because of covid restrictions I did not return to the USA for about ten days after my original scheduled return, and I thereafter contacted customer service and I was shocked they would not accept the tablets back.

I called the company they told me I had to follow a program but that's not what it said in the commercial. I have a reading problem I go by the commercial like they said and it didn't work

The date my order was placed and accepted by the company was November 7th. The amount of the order was $799.90 plus 4.10 tax totaling $84 and received the order on Nov. 12. Under the written guarantee on their website where I ordered it had a 60 day money back guarantee. The product did not work for me and as per the written guarantee I called the company on Friday January 8 to request a refund and to return the unused product and literature as per guarantee. I was put on hold for 5 plus minutes and then a recording came on telling me there were customer service agents to take my call, and that I could leave a message or send them an email to which they would respond. I sent an email to them on February 8 to which I never to this date have received an answer. I called again two more times to try and talk to someone but received the same message "no customer service agents available to take my call). I emailed again on Jan 12 and still got no response. All done within 60 day guar.

on Feb 8 2021 I ordered Golo it did not work for me it gave me severe migraine headaches. I returned the product including box and brochures Feb 18 2021. I checked my tracking number and it shows they received my package on Feb 26 2021 at 9:30 am I have been calling their customer service phone number [protected] and it says the next representative will assist you and then it says no one is available to answer the call to leave a message or email which I have already done. It's funny because if you call to place a new order someone answers the phone but for customer service no one ever answers! Good Luck if any of you try and order this product and try to return and get your refund I am still waiting and my income is limited.

I was not able to return both the booklets and unused portion of pills, jut the pills. GOLO said they would deduct $12 for the booklets, for a refund of $37.95. I mailed the unused portion of pills via USPS certified return/receipt (electronic) for $8.35. There was a problem with USPS tracking and I wrote to GOLO about it, but they never responded. I am now out pf pocket $58.30. I at least want $37.95 back.

GOLO Tried placing an order on 11/10 with *** and was told would receive in a few days?

Tried placing an order on 11/10 with *** and was told would receive in a few days? Well order was placed, had to keep calling to get tracking info. but no one answers phone had to leave numerous messages. Now They say will not get order until next week? So tried calling again today 11/12 had to leave messages 3 times with no response, also emailed 3 times with No response. I told them on phone message and email was getting in touch with ComplaintsBoard.com. I will not accept this order and want my full refund. This company is pathetic!

I purchased GOLO in good faith to help with insulin resistance weight loss, as advertised by the company. I observed its ineffectiveness after 30 days of usage and my rigorously following every suggestions in the weight loss program. I reached out to inform the GOLO and was encouraged to continue using the product with promise that it will work. I attempted to make a return after reporting ineffectiveness but I was encouraged on phone by GOLO staff to continue using the product, and not to make a return. I was encouraged / motivated to give the product more time to work. I made second and 3rd order, going through the same process of false claims by GOLO that the product will work giving more time, but the product failed to work. I finally reached out to GOLO with request for refund for the last order that I made in October , but was denied based on claims "first order". I made reference to the fact that I reported ineffectiveness 1 month after the first order but was encouraged to keep using the product, GOLO failed to accept the responsibility that they were encouraging me to keep buying their non-effective product despite that I have been reporting it's non-effectiveness. GOLO mislead me with promises that "you just need to continue with the product, it takes some people 2 to 3 months to see the effect ..." It's been almost 5 months, and I have not seen any effect. I requested for the refund of the last order I made in October 9th, but GOLO refused me a refund, quoting their policy and failing to accept their responsibility for the manipulation put forward by the numerous influencing advise given, motivation and encouragements that the product will work. Whilst I take responsibility for being naive and trusting this company, GOLO must take responsibility for manipulating my consumer vulnerability, and failing to allow me make a return when I called them after my first month of ineffective product outcome. I had trusted them, and believed all I was told. I believe GOLO is a scam, and should not be allowed to continue with this level of organized scamming.

This company had me go to their company website off of eBay to request a return authorization form. I filled the form out, paid for shipping with tracking information. I was told that I would receive a refund within 7 to 10 days. They have acknowledged receiving my return package And now say that they can no longer process my return because I'm not on eBay. I have all of the email documentation from them. Their policy is they will refund your money no questions asked and they refuse to refund my money in the sum of $54.

I bought the 3 bottles and realized by the time I nearly finished the second bottle, that NO weight loss had occurred! Despite changing my diet and eating habits, there was no difference. Save your money...this is just a racket!
