I have paid for a Premium Membership starting with 10.07.2019 and I have changed my mind after a couple of days.
Since then I have requested to close the membership since I would not like next month to be charged again. They cancellation process is a very complicated one and thus being very unresponsive via email - their address is [protected]@be2dating.ro - they redirect you to a form that they say it can be found in your account (in mine it does not exists since they say the payment is not yet process, not even after 5 days).
Other cancellation methods are writing a letter or sending a fax to a number. This is outrageous and all this company is doing is to drag the cancellation process more since it is mandatory to be made with 14 days before the expiry date of current subscription.
There is no possibility to cancel the service from your account.
I have filed complaints to all competent institutions in the country I have contracted the service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
