Horrible customer service
I had a terrible experience and definitely won't recommend using this website at all.
They promised to ship my order within 72 hours and I was really happy everything was so fast.
But in fact, it was back ordered and I wasn't notified about it. I found it out only after a month when I called them to ask where my order was. I was surprised I was waiting for nothing.
Asked when they are going to have it, they said they have no idea.
Then I requested a refund and was refused. Why? Because they can't cancel orders on back orders. Oh god, this is so stupid.
Why just not do what I ask?

i found the store to be actually really good. Excellent shipping prices and was packaged carefully.I will continue to order from them and have referred friends.Only thing is they need more stock lol.
I found this store through thefind.com. I ordered and paid for a smurf doll to europe. It was never delivered. They replied on my email that i sent a wrong adress, that i did not. They did not reply my next two emails. That is intentional. My worst experience of an online store in 7 years.
