Basista Furniture Bad Customer Service

We bought Flex Steel Sofa Bed over 1 year ago. Since then the frame broke. They came out and fixed it. Then the cusions went flat, then the cloth tore at the seem. Basista came out a few more times. I complained to them and asked for a refund or A refund towards another type of Sofa. They would not help agree. They did say they put better Foam in the cusions and it cost them $120. That was 2 months ago. Now they are flat again, and the seams tore again. I am afraid to complain any more. I will not go back. We paid over $800 for this sofa and now taking the loss.
