Bargain Dumpster

This company, Bargain Dumpster, is a complete scam! I was in the middle of renovating my home and needed a dumpster to dispose of the debris. I thought I found a great deal with Bargain Dumpster, but boy was I wrong! They always charge extra for overweight, but they never show you the actual weight. It's like they're trying to pull a fast one on you!

And if that wasn't bad enough, their customer service is absolutely terrible. When I called to inquire about the extra charges, they treated me like I was stupid. I couldn't believe it! I've never been treated so poorly by a company before.

Save yourself the headache and go with a different company. We ended up using Waste Industries and they provided excellent service. Don't fall for the "bargain" in Bargain Dumpster - it's a complete lie!

I gotta say, Bargain Dumpster is a real letdown. They promised to bring me my dumpster on a certain day, but they never showed up. Not once, not twice, but three times! I mean, come on, how hard is it to keep your word?

And when they finally did bring me a dumpster, it was the wrong size! I paid for a 12CY container, but they only had a 15CY one available. They said they'd bring it to me late, but then they had the nerve to charge me an extra 150 bucks for the bigger container. That's just plain wrong.

I recently rented a rolloff from Bargain Dumpster for 10 days. However, when the pickup date arrived, the dumpster was still sitting in my driveway. I called the company and was informed that I needed to call earlier to reconfirm the pickup date. As a result, I was charged for an additional 4 days when they couldn't pick it up over the weekend.

To make matters worse, weeks later, I was charged without notification for more than 2 additional tons plus a fuel charge. I find it absolutely impossible that the weight was what they claim. I am thoroughly disgusted with this service. I have rented rolloffs several times before and have never had issues like this.

If you care about fair and reasonable pricing, I would not recommend using Bargain Dumpster. Their lack of communication and questionable charges make them an unreliable choice for your waste removal needs.
