Banner Health review: Cancelling the appointment 90 minutes before

I saw the gastroenterologist for screening colonoscopy and GERD, I had colonoscopy, EGD and BRAVO.

I was advised to return after three weeks. About 90 minutes before my appointment i was informed that my appointment was cancelled as the office is overbooked. I requested the physician to discuss with me the findings of BRAVO.
The office told me that the physician will not discuss over the phone. And they will give an appointment after about 6 weeks.

I don't think overbooking and cancelling at the last minutes professional. My time equally valuable as the doctors time
