9/18/25 I have been a customer for 10 years as I am a college student. They receive my social security payments and because their app was done I was unable to access my money for several days. Not even my ATM card worked and I was out of the country with an emergency and no access to my funds. I was mad and yelled at them so they closed my account. I had to use PayPal to transfer and pay a large amount.
Claimed loss: PayPal fees $400+ lost limy rental $2500.00 to move. Emergency fees $200
Desired outcome: Re payment for loss and stress I am disabled and a senior on a fixed income.
