I receive a refund from my college through Bank Mobile and I received an email that my account was compromised so I changed my preferences on that account. Then I received a email from bank mobile saying "never mind, that was sent in error" so I tried to switch my presence back to Bank Mobile account which my only option at that time was a paper check. I contacted Bank mobile and they told me that a paper check is my only option and my account was open but basically closed at that point. I would not be allowed to accept any deposits through that account because it no longer exists because I changed the preferences because of a "compromise" message that was sent in error. I was treated like I'm an idiot and they needed to get a supervisor to re-explain the situation to me by NON English speaking people? I do not understand how colleges are using this "so called bank" to handle excess funding from the government loans. The maintenance fees are in excess of $15.00 a month. I was not able to resolve this and was treated like I was stupid and I didn't understand. horrible customer service, have a bank account that I can not use and have no other options to receive my refunds through.
