Bank of Baroda — pallavi kapahi enrolment operator
I am writing this on behalf of my father that he went to your pathankot branch on 20thjune, 2019, around 11:30 am for correction of his aadhar card. When we entered the bank, entire staff was free and when I asked them to do my work they said that pallavi kapahi the lady who will do the correction is not here and she will be here at 3:30pm. When I asked them the reason for the same, I didn't get a satisfactory explanation whereas rest of the staff members started arguing with me and behaved very rudely. This kind of impolite and dominating behaviour is not expected from the staff members of a reputed bank like yours. I am a business man, I can't come again and again as I have alot of other things to do. Apart from this, my father who is 75 years old also have to visit bank again with me, which is very difficult for him as he is an asthma patient.
I hope that you will refer to my complaint as soon as possible and do let me know about the action you have taken against your staff member and please provide me a valid reason for the same at my email id [protected]@gmail.com
