1) Your Online portal for Death claims is rarely accessible. Tried accessing it from your website to check status of submitted claim
2) Your process claims that death claim settlements will be made in 15 calendar days. This is utter nonsense
3) Had submitted a claim on 14th Aug 2026 with all legal documents uploaded and submitted the documents to nearest Branch. Been co-ordinating with the parent Branch and checking on status.
4) Today 31st Aug was told that the papers are being processed and it will take time another 2 weeks since Manager is on leave.
5) Doubt if the parent Branch SIET College Branch Chennai has even checked the documents
6) Friends School Branch Mulund Mubai was prompt in verifying the documents and sending the scanned copy of the submitted documents to the parent Branch.
