Have been dealing with branch since Jan 2024! Needed to change my cell number to enable online access to may accounts. Have filled out and supplied all documents requested three times! with two personal visits! and dealing with over four people (revolving door at the branch). Only to be told, the account is now dormant and to visit the Indian consulate to have the notarized documents reapproved at the Indian consulate needing all three holders to visit in person (my mother is 94!).
