Bank Mobile Vibevery bad customer service


my problem and even missed up my password which I can't reset anymore because I did not update my e-mail yet and did not have access to the said e-mail account. I beg the supervisor to help me to reset my password using my Personal Identifiable Information(PII) because I need my account to work for my monthly bills transaction, but the supervisor did not help me because he said they have procedure to follow. I was very sad and thought customer service blow me up that instead of helping me there putting me into more problem and trouble. I was hopeless with my problem and decided to closed my account. Ended, the customer service is very poor I ever experienced in business. It was horrible experienced and made me sick.
