Hi,
I have an account with bank Alfalah Peshawar Road,
Rawalpindi branch for many years. 2 years back I moved to United kingdom and was using alpha app for transfers until recently when I started getting the msg that it can't be processed at the moment.
And then I contacted the branch mgr to find out the worst customer services ever. I have spend thousands of Rupees calling but of no use. It's been more than a month that I have emailed him documents required but the current mgr Waqas Shiekh doesn't care to pick up the phone and when he picks it up he is always telling me, he is in a meeting. Now he is telling me to talk to other staff members who know nothing abt banking.
I have even tried contact us from but no response.
I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by bank Alfalah. If I don't get a response soon, I will have no option write to State bank.
