Bank Alfalah eobi payment

Respected sir
This is to inform you that on 9th August 2019 we visit to Bank Alfalah Hub Branch to deposit EOBI Payment voucher but he said that we close all work before first have you will visit after EID, but when visit after EID on 16 August 2019 they said our network down please come after second half we visit in second half but again they reply network is down and same situation on Saturday. Please resolve this matter and provide alternative. Yesterday again i visit to Hub Baluchistan Branch, he stump for clearing and return back and said that link is down when i insist that its 10 days pass but your network is still down he return my cash deposit slip and also return my EOBI payment voucher with clearing stump and EOBI Payment is still undone and overdue

Bank Alfalah alfa app

So, yes I'm going to provide as much information as possible, but on the other hand I know this complaint will also go waste like my others.
On 6 August, I transferred my salary PKR 44, 800 from my Alfalah current account to my Alfalah Alif account.
I attempted this thrice and each time it was failed. Then I made another attempt to transfer my interbank account but it was failed too and showed the reason of 'insufficient amount' . I, then, checked my account balance and it was Zero.
Now the whole pity situation is, I have complaining, writing emails, calling call centre numbers and they are transferring my call here and there. Without taking any action.
Let me remind you, the electronic bank transfer requires one day while the interbank requires 3 working days.
And I believe, 3 working days have already been passed but my problem remains the same. So don't put this ideal picture of 0% complaints.
I have attached the user activity which clearly shows the 3 IBFT failed.
I want my whole amount reverted in my account by today.

Bank Alfalah biometrics

Hi,
I have an account with bank Alfalah Peshawar Road,
Rawalpindi branch for many years. 2 years back I moved to United kingdom and was using alpha app for transfers until recently when I started getting the msg that it can't be processed at the moment.
And then I contacted the branch mgr to find out the worst customer services ever. I have spend thousands of Rupees calling but of no use. It's been more than a month that I have emailed him documents required but the current mgr Waqas Shiekh doesn't care to pick up the phone and when he picks it up he is always telling me, he is in a meeting. Now he is telling me to talk to other staff members who know nothing abt banking.
I have even tried contact us from but no response.
I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by bank Alfalah. If I don't get a response soon, I will have no option write to State bank.

Bank Alfalah mobile top up

Created new account on 4 july 2019 around 10 to 11PM using worlcup promo code on Alfa app. Got Rs.250 and top up my mother's number from that on 5 july 2019 around 2 to 3AM. Got confirmation msg and email see attachment. But didn't receive any balance on that number. Called on warid helpline they said no payment was received from alfalah bank. Then I registered a complaint that i topup my mother's number but it wasn't received on that number. They said it will be resolved in 5 days and i will ne notified. But nothing resolved and no one notified me.

Bank Alfalah fraudulent signing of bancassurance policy

I have been a customer of Bank Alfalah branch at DHA phase 1 in Karachi. I visited the bank for regular work and to get my statement of account. The branch manager Ms. Maliha greeted me and started asking about my account and business. She then called me in her room and asked me to get banassurance from Bank Alfalah. I told her that i am not interested in this product.

She then brought a form and told me to sign it saying that its just a formality and for the purpose that in case if i ever want to get this product this form signing will ensure i get the best return on policy. She was literally forcing me to sign and eventually i did. (A big blunder)

Later that day i discussed it with another banker friend and he told me that by signing it the bank can deduct the amount of policy and that i cannot do anything about it.

I immediately got all the funds transferred to another account. She kept nagging me from that point to redeposit the amount and made people from her bank call me aswell.

Such fraudulent dealing is a disgrace for such a big bank. I wish this reaches out to concerned authorities for them to know whats happening in their bank.

Bank Alfalah bank account biometric verification

I am fed up by biometric verification messages and very very poor process of said activity.At least 3 to 4 trips are being made to complete it, in most cases system is out of order and t his not only cautusig timving the same messagee waste but other probles also. In response of message I have already done biometric verification but still I am receiving the same .messages.This is just joke with customer, pls stop it and do some betterment for the customers.

Bank Alfalah [urgent] no response from bank alfalah, non functioning online banking, complain to state bank

Dear Concerned,
I am writing this mail with extreme of disappointment. Bank alfalah had never been so irresponsible and non Professional.
I am Dr. Jawad Ahmed khan, [protected], currently based in Lao People's democratic republic for a Volunteer assignment of world Health organisation and use many products of Bank alfalah. I have been using Alpha app and Online Banking to pay my credit card bills and transfers etc since long.
Now when i was paying my credit card bill, Alpha app process every thing e.g: log in, go to cards, select credit card, click on full payment, click on pay now, but then says, " Sorry we are unable to process your request". The same thing happens when i log in from Laptop via online banking. This problem is happening since 15 days. I have written more than 10 times in the live chat section and emails to bank alfalah provided emails many times but Alfalah isn't responding. If both forms of online banking aren't working how am i supposed to pay my credit card bill ?
And now when i check late payment charges are applied on my bill which is unacceptable. Do note that i don't have international roaming so can't make calls to call center. As i have tried every possible way, including the Contact us form on website, email on contactus@bankalfalah and Facebook page to contact alfalah since many days but alfalah isn't responding. I will wait for your reply or reply from a concerned officer, if i don't get a response in 24 hours, i will have no option but to write to state bank and banking ombudsman to file a dispute against bank alfalah.

Expecting a prompt response asap.

Bank Alfalah debit card

today, 23 june 2019 i went to check the activation of my debit card no [protected] in above said bank.as i inserted the debit card in the slot of atm machine, it inhaled n mentioned as zabt?for last few days i am trying to activate my debit card, also connected help line no to head office but in vain why?my cell no is +[protected] n my id no is [protected].you may also e-mail me to [protected]@gmail.com

today i went to bank alfalah branch at court road ahmad pur east.to check the activation of my debit card, as i inserted the card into machine, it inhaled n declared it zabt?why?how can i obtain my debit card back?debit card no is:[protected].helpline was also connected for the activation of debit card for last two days but in vain why?

Bank Alfalah against branch and card center.

I have open an account at least 1.5 months ago. But still not got my debit card and cheaque book. All this happened because one of you worst employee added my wrong address. I have changed my address kindly dispatch the card on my new address.Kindly resolve this I shall be very thankful to you.

Bank Alfalah biometric verification of eobi account holder

I visited the Bank Alflaha branch FF-Market, FF-Sector, DHA, Lahore on 11-6-19 around 1:30 PM along with my wife. My wife needed to get her status verified for EOBI account as her account was blocked (CNIC of my wife is [protected]). The officer in the bank named Ali Muhammad Khan informed that Server/link is down. I asked for Customer Feed Back Form but that was not provided to me by a lady Bank Officer.
I want that matter may be investigated whether Server/Link was down and it was not possible to verify biometrically the EOBI account or the above-mentioned officer avoided to carry out the task deliberately. In either case, disciplinary action may be taken against the IT department officer if the link was down or against the officer Ali Muhammad Khan if he deliberately avoided the task and the lady bank officer who did not provide the Customer Feed Back Form.
The action taken in the matter may also be intimated to me at cell [protected] or e-mail [protected]@gmail.com

Bank Alfalah credit card payment

Dear Customer Services,

Please be informed that I am trying to make you a payment of my credit card amounting to Rs. 7, 415 online thru my mobile phone app.

Unfortunately, I am constantly receiving a phone code and not the email code without which it is impossible to pay online.

Last date of my payment is June 7, 2019 which falls in the Eid holidays and the banks will open on June 10, 2019.

In this case I would not be able to pay before June 10, 2019. Kindly acknowledge and reply to this msg a.s.a.p.

Bank Alfalah visa credit card

I am an regular international traveller and this time suddenly my international usage was declined midway during my visit . I called the help line before departing to confirm inyernatio am usage and was told that from now onwards the will remain automatically open for I international usage and there was no need for specific dates. But right in the middle of my visit my transctio. Starred being declined. Why?
My email to customer service remains unanswered. It's reflects so badly on your banks image besides excessive streas for the customer who is left stranded midway without any REASON.

Bank Alfalah credit card

Got credit on dated 27-05-2019, when called for activation they told your father is written incorrect, you have to submit application for correction. I asked is it my mistake they said no but this is the procedure to follow. And i submitted application for correction of my father name at bank alfalah branch nawabshah on dated 28-05-2019 but still no response. Kindly resolve my problem

Bank Alfalah credit card

Due to pathetic helpline service i am still unable to activate my temporary blocked Credit card.its been a month i am wasting time & money both but all in vain.
Your kind attention is required to sort this out. If still no solution then block this card permanently so that i can get rid of this fazool tension. Atlest find some solution & contact me so that i can be clear some how.

I sent an email yesterday and waited for reply but in vain.I told you that i missed my ATM card and someone misused it.Now i want to know the culprit but you people didn, t reply me.It may be a joke for you but not for me.I lost money and you dont even bother to reply.Tell me how to solve it.I have been your customer and wanted to get resolved the issue but noone is doing so.The culprit used the ATM of UBL of the same city.How, ll be possible for me to recover my money and know the criminal.The bank is not cooperating with me, I am hugely discouraged.My honest earnings went in vain but it bothered noone.Hugely disgusting
Here i want to add that i came to know the incident only when the bank sent me a text on 2nd May 2019 that transaction is made through my card.The transaction made on earlier was not told me by bank so i kept ignorant.I have a loss and it matters near to me.On the other hand the bank should confess its mistake and recover my funds back.

Bank Alfalah services related to account opening

I requested for an account opening in bank alfalah F-8 markaz Islamabad on 19th April, 2018. I had 500 Rs and a check of 32000 Rs as initial deposit, but they said its not enough if that's not possible for you to come again you can deposit the initial money in account online, from the other alfalah account, just after it is activated. After that I called them again and again but they said on daily basis tomorrow we'll activate your account. Now after passage of one and a half week they say come and submit initial deposit 1st and their receptionist says I am not responsible for accounts. I will never open an account in bank alfalah again

Bank Alfalah visa card [protected]

The Complaint management officer,
I had launched a complaint on unjustified late fee and applicable duty on my card # [protected].

The complaint reference in emails from your bank is [protected] - [protected]. I always received an unprofessional reply from your bank.

After exchange of a series of emails I received an email from Vivek Dilip Karacasia, Officer, Complaint Management Unit on 6th March 2019. Again a very unreasonable question had been asked, which I had repeatedly replied. But I replied that email on 7th March 2019 and repeated the same text which I had mentioned in my previous emails. So far I have not received any reply.

In case I don't receive a satisfactory reply and reversal of unjustified late fee, I will forward the complaint to State Bank and Banking Mohtasib.

Bank Alfalah credit card

A telephonic talk with the staff of Bank alfalah as on 07-02-2019 for Alfalah SBS Loan and recording is available. It is clear in the recording that I did not give complete information and ask her to contact me on next day working day and I will give you the Account No and IBAN No then you may transferred my plan's amount into my account and never ever agree to provide Pay Order on mailing address. Next working day I have decided not to avail this facility and No contact with her in which I provide her the Account No and IBAN No but illegally and without my consent Pay Order has been made and as per Bank's Staff dispatch on my mailing address as on 12-09-2019.

It is my request that I have not requested for Pay Order and illegally and without my consent Pay Order has been made and dispatch on my mailing address is not acceptable and I have right to please provide me the document in which clearly mention that if customer not provided Account No than bank Alafalh has the right to prepare Pay Order illegally and mail on my mailing address and I have also right to submit my complain to Banking Mohtasib for illegally use my Credit Cards' funds.
Please cancel this Plan and also not recovered any charges and Urgent reply is awaited because my Due date is 05-03-2019

Bank Alfalah unjustified late fee and service charges etc

I am holding VISA PLATINUM card # [protected]. I dropped the cheque of Rs. 26000 (cheque date 24th Dec. 2018) on 25th Dec. 2018, for the payment of credit card, which was due on 5th January 2019. A margin of three working days before the due date is a standard practice, but in this case the cheque had been dropped in your drop box 9 working days before the due date.
In the recent monthly statement, I have been charged late fee, excise duty on late fee and service charges and the payment receiving date has been mentioned as 8th Jan. I launched a complaint through helpline and after four days I checked the status and was informed that my case has been declined.
I checked it from the Bank of Punjab and was informed that the cheque was cleared on same day when they received (8th January 2019). It indicates that the cheque was stuck somewhere in your bank and was presented late to BOP for clearance.
Please investigate the matter and reverse these undue charges and use CCTV footage of drop box to confirm the date when I had dropped the cheque. As a routine I drop cheque in Sector T branch or Tufail road branch Lahore, while going to the office.
In case of unsatisfactory response I will make a serious complaint to State Bank. I also reserve the right to spread such irregularity in social media, which is very simple with currently available communication technology/resources.
