Bank Alfalah review: I have complain about irresponsible behaviour of bank staff. 4

Dear Sir,
I am using Bank Alfalah credit card for a very long time. Now I am retired from my job, which I had informed to your bank staff and request to close my credit card and remove my account through email. The following was my mail to bank on April 8th, 2020.

Dear Sir,
As I am retired from my job and now unable to use and pay huge payments any more. So it is my earnest to close down and remove my credit card from your bank. Rs. 4, 834/- is the last amount I going to pay in a day or two and no further payments will be possible for me as a retired man.
I, once again request to remove and close my credit card account.
I feel regret to close my account but conditions of a retired man do not permit to continue.

We would request you to contact our helpline 111-225-111 from your registered contact number, in order cancel your credit card.

I had contracted on above mentioned helpline number and had requested to close my card and remove my account from your bank, to which I had received the following mail on April 23rd, 2020 from the bank:

To: Shahid Qazi
Subject: RE: [External] Fw: Close my card and remove my account.

Dear Mr. Shahid,
Hope this email finds you well.
With reference to appended email, we thank you for writing to us.
We would like to inform you that as per Bank`s record; your Credit Card payment of Rs. 4, 834/- has been received dated April 21, 2020.
Furthermore, you have forwarded your request for cancellation of Credit Card dated April 22, 2020 through helpline and same has been marked blocked upon your request.
Should you seek any further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

After receiving this mail from Faisal Ghulamani, on April 23rd, 2020 I was satisfied that my card was cancelled and I am not going to pay any amount in future. But after all this settlement I received further charges statement from the bank and when I sent them (the bank staff ) all the above mail several times to which the staff and Faisal Ghulamani sent the following mail to me.

Sir, look at this irresponsible attitude of Faisal Ghulamani. How irresponsibly he inform me that " we are unable to reverse these charges. Keeping in view the above mails(which was several times forward to Faisal Ghulamani), it is an absolute, total irresponsible behavior of him. Now I am retired how could I pay the huge amount. Kindly look at this matter and help me settle this matter. I not in a position to pay any amount.

Keep in view the entire matter, I hope you are kindly settling this matter and relief me from the pain I am in.
