You know I receive a gift from a family member and apparently the ear buds given were used although they looked new. I register the product on their website without a hitch on the day I got them. Later,I find out there is a tiny screen at the end of the sound port that is missing on one of them. I reach out to the company and after multiple emails telling them the item was a gift they keep demanding a receipt. I mention the fact that I was able to register the product in their site with no problem and they simply tell me they could care less. So, they push me off to their retailers who don’t have parts again further wasting my time. This has now cost me several days of my time which is in short supply. This screen I am talking about can’t cost more than a couple of dollars if that. So, they refuse to help me with the gift. They state the items are older than the couple of months I have had them. My first message to them was that I would buy the screen. And still I have nothing, I would suggest buying from anyone v but these people they could care less about helping anyone.
