Bahama Breeze review: bar or bartenders

Hello I'm not that big on complaints as I am a restaurant front of the house manager for a different one company. So moving forward me and my wife went to your king of Prussia location to have a few drinks and a appetizer. It was probably like 1030 at the latest. There was not many people at the bar. We sat down kind of took a little while for us to even get greeted. We then ordered two margaritas and we sat there and watched the one young lady maybe make a whole bunch of other drinks beside ours. It took so long that the other bartender ask her did anyone need help and she told us we needed our drinks while the first young lady was washing glasses I'm guessing she was trying to go home which I get like I said I'm in the business. But you have customers waiting for almost 20 mins for just two drinks is terrible service. My wife also it in a shrimp appetizer which the second bartender put in then she seemed to forget that we ordered it because 20 mins went by we had to ask her if it was done and it was probably sitting in the window because she went over and got it immediately after we had to say something. This experience was not good at all seems like they were both distracted instead of paying attention to to their customers and once again I get it that it does get busy. But it was not that many people at the bar so we were very dissatisfied with everything and I don't come in often and I'm not sure if I will again.
