Manny Rodriguez Operations / H.R. Manager, is unprofessional and asks illegal questions. I would not trust his behavior as he stated multiple times he only prefers to hire persons of Hispanic origin. He also speaks very poorly about his two bosses. Mr. Rodriquez, enjoys bragging about how he buys lunch for his staff and that if they are not willing to be his friend(s) he will make work environment difficult for them.
