I have worked with EUSA for 2 years & 6 months without incident, until Mr. Schiele returned as GM. There are numerous situations I have documented which in hind-site are remarkably unusual and uncomfortable for me to discuss. There can only be one reason for the persecution I underwent and that would be racism. My numbers were there (relatively consistent & better than average), my attendance was always outstanding (7 days each week) and never had any conflicts with co workers. As far as I knew, I was a model employee.
I am not certain who had the target on my back or to what level it rose? As a former Sr. Executive in Corporate America, this was far from my 1st Rodeo!
I was terminated verbally over the phone on 10/16/2018 for No Call/ No Show. I have phone records indicating 2 calls were made to the GM's cell phone to advise of my return to work date (not surprised he did not answer-as he is a vapor when he is needed). I then called the office and left a detailed message with John. I advised him I would be returning to work on 10/15/2018. I even called later and confirmed with John he had given the message to Mr. Schiele. When I returned Chris told me that corporate (Erin & Doug) were determining my continued employment.
I left messages for Erin Chaney (head of HR) and Doug Richards (Regional Manager) on 10/15/18 to discuss. Neither Erin nor Doug up to today have bothered to return my call.
As a consistent performer, hardest working and most reliable employee at the Denton location, I should not have been fired for a LIE. But in reviewing my tenure, I can establish with documented examples of differential treatment, ridicule, false claims/ narratives and isolation because of my color!

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND the LOGIC or LACK of LOGIC?
I know these to be TRUE:
The Denton GM is an INDICTED [censored] who recently plead NOT Guilty at his arraignment BUT HAS Already CONFESSED when he was originally Raided and Arrested by authorities, per the arresting officer.
Doug accused me of being a drug addict, per Mr. Schiele.
One of the GMs in the North told multiple business and personal individuals that I committed suicide while on my L.O.A.
Schiele and other employees of EUSA have publicly stated I was mentally deficient.
Mr Schiele, Denton GM has committed Loan Fraud on his most recent RV purchase financed with TTCU. That could/ may bring 4 individual Felony Federal Charges based on my prior occupational experience and member participation on the Federal Grand Jury for the Eastern District of Virginia. (I will be happy to provide INDISPUTABLE EVIDENCE upon your request)
The above statements could easily grow into the roots of a 100 Year Old Oak Tree and are separate from the documented accounts I have of persecution and racism.
