Thank you for showing interest in working with Kulu Civils to do construction work in Cameroon.
As you have seen our website, we are an experienced construction and Civil Engineering Consulting company, involved with planning, designs and implementation of any civil engineering work. Our field of expertise is in
Roads, bulk earthworks, mining, sewer reticulation, stormwater pipelines, bulk water pipelines, stadia, houses, etc. No job is too big or small for us-
As a start in your country, I would prefer turnkey projects- where we start from feasibility stage, then planning, then designing, then construction and project management of a particular project- But should these projects not be available immediately, any project that is ready to go on construction/implementation phase I can look at.
I am very much interested in working with someone like you who is a local resident as well as is connected to the government as this will make our job easy to get contracts.
So as a way forward, pls identify any project that is within our capabilities as mentioned above and in our website, do all the ground work and engage me when it is ready to be awarded, then I will be willing to accept the appointment.

After replying to this email, he invited me on whatsapp and from there, he started talking but on goldtrade in Cameroon. He initially made me to understand that, their company is interested to trade in gold from Cameroon and I should verify what it will take including a cemac permit.
Not long from there, he again made me to understand that, they were actually contacted by some individuals who want trade gold with and they have been requested by the ministry of mines to buy CEMAC permit.
From there, the information wasn't very clear to me so I had to verify further from him. Initially, he didn't give full details.
So, on the third day that was monday to which I started making inquiries from the ministry of mines, I had to get more information. So I requested him to give more information and more bank details of these individuals. Further, I asked him what will be my compensation so after short disputing, he opted to compensate me with the sum of $500 USD.
So, on the next day, after I had gotten the bank details of the individuals which stated clear that it was in Douala, I requested him that he should pay an advance of the agreed compensation so it will cover travel cost to douala for further checks. He accepted and requested my passport copy to which I sent. then, he assured to send the advance the next day. The next day I waited in vain and when I inquired, he said he had stopped everything. So I told him if that should be the case then he should pay my compensation as we agreed on. From there, he started refuting and soon, said he will pay $100 USD to which I refused then after few days when I told him I will report to the South African embassy, he came back and said he will pay $150 USd to which I refused that he should be the entire sun we agreed on. He disappeared again and after some days when I called the company head quarters and contacted one of his colleague, he came this time and lied that we never had any agreement about $500 USD and that he just requested me to verify some information and later cancelled it.
I am counting on the Police to see into the matter.
