My car was hit by a uhaul truck, on 10/29 at the gas station on Central ave in Newark, the driver hit my park vehicle a new 2024 honda civic, and I call you guys and was given a claim # [protected]-2024 and a claim rep, Esmeralda, I spoke to her and gave her the documents needed and never heard from her again, I've called and left messages and emails still nothing... this is so unprofessional! I need help.

I filed a claim 11-09-2024. My adjuster does not answer my phone calls or messages, she will not respond to emails or anything. This is a very bad company. VERY BAD! They should not be allowed to be open or do business with anyone. They are money suckers and that is all that they care about. I have sent all of the pictures proving my claim, and the adjuster emailed me once in the start that they proved I was right. Ever since they got all the proof to settle my claim, I have heard nothing back at all. This is wrong to treat people with so much disrespect. This company should be closed down.
I filed a claim 8/1/2025. My claims adjuster Esmeralda does not answer my phone calls or messages, she will not respond to emails or anything. My parked car was hit by a U-Haul truck a police report was filed, pictures of the damage, along with a statement and pictures of the U-Haul sent. Not only did I witness the accident but so did my neighbor. This is a no brainier... I have heard nothing... ZERO from this claims rep. This is wrong to treat people with so much disrespect. All I want is my car fixed! This company is terrible and SHOULD NOT be in business. This sound like a matter for the better business bureau and anyone else that will do something about this company or listen to me.
