This scope was falsely advertised as a LEOPOLD SCOPE AND YOU COULD SEE THE NAME Leoplold on the scope as advertised in the auction. When we received the scope, it was plainly not as pictured and no sign of it being Leopold anywhere. Plus it was for small air rife--not as advertised. They put the value of $5.00 on the box which is clearly not what the value was advertised at. And definitely less than we bid for it. Merchandise like this should be taken off the auction site as it is clearly misleading. We would like to return this scope and get a refund for it as we consider it fraudulant merchandise. DO we return to the above address? Please advise. I am a good customer of Tophatter and usually have zero complaints. Thank you.
