Won't Honor Quotation
After much discussion I received a quotation from them. I was told when I wanted to order the otem(s) I could just call with the quotation number. and it would make ordering a breeze. When I went to actually place the order, I am now told that was a one day price and they refuse to honor it. At no time was I told this price would be good for one day... why would I waste my time getting a quote if that was the case? Of course I find this out after spending 30 minutes trying to place the order.
I can only assume if this is how they treat potential customers, the service you receive after the fact must be much worse. AVOID ALL ALL COSTS!

Defective Product, Poor Service
I purchased an Asus notebook computer from B&H and it hasn't worked right since the day I got it. And I didn't realize they only offer 15-day returns. Stupid me. They told me today to fix it myself by reinstalling the operating system and all the other software. So I tried to do it. But they didn't provide any of the activation keys for the pre-installed software (except Windows). So after hours and hours, and days and days of wasted time, I still have a computer I can't use... Oh, and call me an OldCoot, but the attitude of the B&H tech support team is the worst I've dealt with in years. I'd rather talk to foreigners in India than those NY turkeys! (And don't bother trying to call on Friday afternoon. Unlike most of us, they only work half a day and close at 1pm.)

i definitely agree with you with the customer service part, they really failed in replying. And their reply is like taking forever.
