i went to precisioncamera.com to get my camera fixed and it was a total mess. i mean, i thought they were supposed to be good at this stuff but they just made everything worse. i had to send my camera in multiple times and it took forever to get it back. and when i finally did, it still wasn't fixed right. i had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed properly. i would never recommend this place to anyone. it's a waste of time and money.

I put in an order to get some pictures printed at the North Austin location on Anderson Lane about 12 days ago. I went to the store three times and my order still hasn't been processed. It usually only takes about 10 minutes to print such a small order. I asked the person at the lab section and he didn't seem to care at all. He just said that they'll have them ready when they can.

I'm really disappointed with the customer service at Precision Camera. The employees were really rude and didn't seem to care about my order at all. I don't think I'll ever go back there again.
