I had a problem with my camera that was still under warranty, so I reached out to Sony for help. They told me that I needed to send it to Precision Camera for repairs. I put in an order to get some pictures printed at the North Austin location on Anderson Lane about 12 days ago. I went to the store three times and my order still hasn't been processed. It usually only takes about 10 minutes to print such a small order. I asked the person at the lab section and he didn't seem to care at all. He just said that they'll have them ready when they can.

I'm really disappointed with the customer service at Precision Camera. The employees were really rude and didn't seem to care about my order at all. I don't think I'll ever go back there again.
