Axis Bankdebit freeze

Hi my account [protected] has been frozen from so long. It's my salary account and it's in minus 29000 and the amount has been already debited from my account in July now I can't take my salary out from this account. I went to the Kirti Nagar branch twice but still got no solution. They asked me to submit my pan card my adhar card. J have done everything. They asked me to call Axis customer service I have called them a lot of times but still don't got any response.
