Axis Bank review: bank employees are careless and weak management

This incident is happening second time now

When I came to bank yesterday they refused to give me withdrawal saying banking services are to be performed before 3:30

Keeping that in mind today I am here in bank before 3:00
Now they are saying they have no cash in bank

This careless responses and less management inefficient employees forced me to drop a complaint against them.
