I bought 2 servers from Aventis Systems, Inc. Both of 'em were messed up, so I sent 'em back. Aventis only gave me a measly penny back on my credit card and said no to a full refund. We drop a ton of cash with these guys every year, usually.

Terrible customer service. They keep sending me the 'same' wrong HP Monitor, so it seems like they're doing it on purpose. Their customer service is terrible and hasn't dealt with the problem. So now I have to go through the trouble of sending back the monitor and getting a new one. I won't be using Aventis Systems again.

I bought a Synology DS920+ with 8GB RAM and 16TB storage for $999 from Amazon on October 10. The shipping label was made on October 11, but the package was never actually shipped, only the label was created. I reached out to Aventis Systems on the day of the expected delivery after reading negative reviews about the same issue happening to others. They had the nerve to claim that it's not their fault and blamed it on the carrier. It's obvious that the package hasn't even left their facility. They are lying to me by saying it has been shipped, but the USPS tracking number they provided (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) shows no updates.

We bought a laptop and got the extra warranty. They sent the wrong laptop, so we sent it back. They gave us our money back for the laptop, but not for the warranty. It's been almost a year since we made this order. The invoice number is XXXXXX. We ordered it on 11/21. The warranty we're talking about is an HP 3 year Next Business Day, P/N UB1X0E for $149.00. I've been trying to get in touch with them every week for a year, but they haven't responded.

We got charged $4,794.00 on March 4 on our Visa card for stuff we never bought and never got. We reached out to our sales rep and the accounting folks at Aventis but nobody got back to us for months. Finally, Aventis' big boss replied to us after our big boss hit him up on LinkedIn but the problem ain't fixed yet. We still ain't got our money back. Basically, they said it's our fault 'cause we complained to our credit card people, Chase Bank. We're cool with talking to Aventis' accounting team on the phone to sort out the refund, but they ain't been answering. We attached all the transactions we had with Aventis since the year started.

I ordered an HP Z27 Monitor from *** Marketplace on February 4. Aventis Systems was supposed to fulfill the order. They gave me a tracking number the next day, but the tracking number shows that *** never got the item from Aventis. I called many times in the past two weeks to get an update, but I haven't received one. Finally, today, 17 days later, I talked to a representative who said I have to cancel the order through ***. So, I called ***, and they said I have to cancel through Aventis Systems because they were the ones fulfilling the order. After spending hours on the phone with both companies, neither of them can cancel or refund the order.

I bought a dual monitor from this company and only got one in the mail. I took a pic of what I got and sent it back in the box it came in. I needed the dual monitors, so I wanted a refund to order the right thing. They won't give me my $400 back and they kept the item I sent back because I didn't have a pic of the shipping box. I can't take a pic of the box now 'cause they have it, and it's the box I used to send the item back and it says it's for one monitor. Now I don't have a dual monitor (or even one) and I'm out $400. Their customer service line never answers and their online queue won't give me a refund. The Amazon order is # ***-[protected]. I attached pics of our messages and the pic of the product I got in its cardboard thing.

I bought a Dell 9020 Day-trading computer with 2 extra monitors. But guess what? They sent me a Dell 3020 that can't even handle those monitors! Can you believe it? I paid $800 for this outdated piece of junk! When I realized the monitors wouldn't connect, I knew something was wrong. So, I tried reaching out to Aventis Systems through Amazon, but no response. I even called them directly, but they ignored my messages. Can you believe the nerve? I did some research and found out that they've done this to many other people too! It's a total scam! They rip people off and get away with it most of the time. I had to file a dispute with Amazon, but Aventis Systems Inc is stonewalling them too! It's been months since I made this purchase and still no resolution. These guys are thieves! They're stealing hard-earned money from people. I bet they target the elderly too because it's so profitable for them. It's just not right!

The disputed item is a PER720xd *** PowerEdge R720XD 2U Rackmount Server - Aventis Systems Certified Reconditioned Dual (2) *** Xeon E5-2697 v2 12-Core 2.7GHz 30MB CPUs 128GB (8 x 16GB) *** Registered Memory 96TB (12 x 8TB) 7.2K 6Gb/s NL SAS 3.5" HDDs PERC H710 6Gb/s RAID Controller with 1GB and Battery iDRAC7 *** Supplies DVD-ROM Broadcom *** Quad Port 1GbE Daughtercard Bezel.

The server we bought was supposed to be certified reconditioned by Aventis Systems. However, it started having hardware issues and kept shutting down, making it unreliable for our operations. We requested an RMA for repair, and Aventis received the server back. They sent it back to us without much explanation about what they had fixed. When we checked the hardware, it seemed like Aventis had taken our original server and put it into a new computer chassis before sending it back. We reached out to Aventis multiple times, asking for documentation that described the repairs, but they didn't provide it. We eventually decided that the server was too risky to use, so we asked Aventis if we could return it and get a refund. Unfortunately, they denied our request.

Seller is trying to scam me out of ~$17,000 for the return of computer equipment that I bought and returned. I bought 2 servers from Aventis on December 11 through Amazon.com. The servers arrived late and were different from what was advertised. The boxes they came in were badly beaten. I initiated a return on 1/1 and followed Amazon's guidelines for returning within 30 days or by the end of January for a FULL refund. The seller gave me 5 FedEx labels to return the equipment. They received the returned equipment on 1/8 and I should have received my full refund. However, without my permission, Aventis built the servers again and shipped them to me. I refused delivery and they were returned to Aventis on 1/18. Aventis is playing games and refusing to refund my money for the servers. They have the equipment and owe me a refund of $16,957.88 immediately. They should also apologize for their terrible treatment of me and my company. It seems like they want to force me to keep faulty equipment because of their poor shipping and customer service.

Aventis Systems messed up my order from Amazon.com. I ordered the SAMSUNG 32GB M393A4K40CB2-CTD8Q DDRX-XXXX ECC RDIMM 2Rx4 PCX-XXXXXV-R CL19 Server Memory, but they sent me the wrong item. I told them about the mistake on March 22nd, and they gave me a return label on March 23rd. They said they would send the correct item after I returned the wrong one. I shipped it back on March 24th using FedEx. It took forever for them to deliver the package, and I had to keep contacting Aventis Systems to get an update. They kept saying it was in process, but they didn't answer some of my calls and didn't return my voicemails. Finally, on April 8th, I asked to speak to a manager or get a callback, and they opened a service request. But they still didn't respond to my follow-up emails. I called again on April 12th and asked for a manager, but they said no one was available. They told me to buy from another vendor. I called again on April 14th and asked for a manager. They asked if I hadn't received a refund yet, but I hadn't. Still no manager and no call back. On April 15th, I complained to Amazon customer service. They confirmed that the return was received, but Aventis Systems hadn't sent a replacement or issued a refund. They escalated the case and authorized a refund. I asked for a penalty for the inconvenience, but they only gave me a standard refund with no interest or penalty. I also asked Amazon to ban the vendor because I found out that other customers had similar bad experiences. This company advertises one thing and sends something else without asking the customer. They don't ship the correct item or let the customer know it's not available. They also take forever to refund. They don't even try to contact the customer to fix the problem. I called again on April 15th, but no one answered and they didn't respond to my voicemails. I haven't received any email updates about my service ticket.
