AutoZone review: Alternator

Van broke down and I had it towed home for my wife and my nephew(certified mechanic) look at it. It was a bad alternator. Had her get a alternator at AutoZone in Freeport IL .. she did nephew put it on . The next day I came back ,drive to store and damn thing had no acceleration,battery light engine light came on.. had it towed to a shop in town.. guy asked if we had any problems before,said the alternator was changed day before,he looks and said it was installed and correctly,but it's the wrong alternator.. ran the codes it showed 13 codes, from oil pressure switch to gear ratio off.. I went to AutoZone asked for manager(Barry ) told him what was going on ,he looked it up and screws it was the wrong alternator.. so I asked who was responsible for the two tows and the rest of my problems, he said he will refund my money and did,gave me a core that was not ours and was asked to leave. I told him I'm about to kick his [censored] and still might ,but some one should be responsible for the big mess they created I can be reached [protected]
