AutoBarn.com review: Illarna custom seat covers. Worst customer service ever. Lied to, given the run around. 5 months & still waiting for what I paid for!

5 months of being lied to & given the run around.
(July) I was sold car seat covers for my make and model (staff said would fit my car). Booked car in to have fitted only to be told "These wont fit your car". Ordered custom made Illarna seat covers.
(Aug27th) Seat covers fitted, 3 days later they were coming apart! Contacted store, took car in for viewing. Fitter said 'that shouldn't happen' fitter contacted company & was told a replacement would be arranged (10th sept).
In the next 3 months from 10th sept-now 7th Dec I have done nothing but constantly chase Autobarn Shepparton, (including having contact with the Store Manager Kaz Weymouth) in the form of phone calls, emails and store visits (I live 48km from Autobarn Shepparton and I work fulltime!) In 3 months I have just been trying to find answers and get this purchase finalised to the standard any customer deserves, but I have been contantly given the run around and lied to. eg This past Friday 5th Dec once again I went in store to try and catch up with the Manager Kaz as it's now been 12.5weeks since a replacement was supposed to be arranged and i have had no contact from Autobarn. Upon this visit I was told Manager was not in but i was told she would definitely be in the next day, I asked what time so I wouldn't miss catching her when I made yet another 1.5hr return trip again (96km). I said to the employee again "so she's definitely in all day tomorrow?" and was told Yes.
But, the manager was not in store the next day, or that's just what i was told.
I am completely and utterly fed up with this entire transaction or lack there of.
I have now been trying to get quality seat covers on my car for 5 Months and it is frankly beyond ridiculous. Autobarn Shepparton do not know how to run a retail store. Head Office needs to contact Store Manager Kaz Weymouth to reprimand or at the very least enrol in much need education as currently not managerial material.
I want this resolved.
Either by replacement as I at least deserved this or by a total refund as I tell you I would gladly return these seat covers as I am totally done with Autobarn and would happily take my purchase and all future purchases anywhere else but Autobarn.
Lastly for all my wasted time, effort & disappointment I 100% deserve some kind of compensation (Gift Cards)
So if there is any decency in your company I expect you to resolve this by any means possible. My next step will be contacting Consumer Affairs.

I can forward the extensive trail of emails I have relating to this matter, to you &/or Consumer Affairs.

Desired outcome: 1. I want my custom seat cover replacement on my car & this transaction finally finalised. or2. I want a total refund of $500 plus fitting fee refunded.3. I also want compensation in form of Gift cards.
