Dear Sir, my name is Clara. I have a golf sportvan blue motion. Before a polo too. I like very much VW cars because they are known to be the best cars. And they are one the best ones. But I was so disappointed this Friday by the way I was treated. I am a good client of a dealership at my place because I am working quite far away from my house nearly everyday I made 224km to go to work. So you can imagine how many kilometers I do each year. Quite a lot. So my servicing are quite regular and often. I am working early or really late so sometimes I am still on the road at 2am or later. So traveling in the dark is not always that comfortable. So that why having a good car is for me very important because I don't want to get a breakdown during the night by myself. That why my decision to go always by one of VW dealership was for me so important because trust reliable flexibility and quality work were the key to keep my car in shape. But now this Friday I got such a disappointment. I had a appointment at 8.30am, but unfortunately I didn't hear my alarm and woke up around 8.15am. I phoned to the dealership to tell that I am on my way to the garage in a few minutes. Without any breakfast run to the garage and made it at 9am to them. I came to the reception no good morning no reaction just go to the service guy. I walk to him. He saw me. I said good morning he looked at the clock and made me see it. He told me that I was too early and I told him no I am late because it was 8.30 foreseen. At that point I understood what he meant. And I got upset by asking him if he was joking with me or what. That I did phone to tell about my delay. The car would have stayed a whole day. Is an appointment by one of your dealership a dentist or doctor appointment? Question! After seeing my reaction he changed because he didn't expect me to react as I am usually a calm woman and never complain about them. He told me that no one did tell him about it. Why reacting like that then? My car had a strange weird nose. I wanted to go already two weeks ago but didn't get any appointment. Got one appointment on Friday. The result after leaving my car a whole day at your dealership is 364euros to pay and still the weird strange nose. Really why are they working in a garage if they cannot solve the problem! What should I do now the nose is still here every time I drive. I am afraid to go with my car but right now no solution. And get treated so bad. I am a woman and have no idea about cars. Should I now learn about how a car function so that men in your dealership is not treating me like a stupid one and made me believe everything . I want a solutions. I am sending pictures of some of my invoices I paid and how often I am there. Also pictures of what he think can be the nose or weird problem. The service guy didn't talk to me about it when I came to fetch my car. The one giving me the whole explanation was the receptionist the one having no ideas about cars repairs but just picking up a phone. I didn't meet the servicemen or talk to him about my car. He was gone. My car is still having that strange nose. So I asked to see the boss but he was neither there. I talk then that I will come this Monday to see the boss because i am totally disappointed and fed up to be treated like that. On that day when I took my car I didn't realize afterwards lately that one pair of my Nike shoes at the back got crushed from a dirty oily shoes. I didn't take them away because they are my gym shoes and they are always at the back so not really valuable. I didn't take a picture but I should to show how I found them. I was under schock. And that is a shame for VW cars to have such a dealership with no customer care. I am really sad, disappointed, lost and afraid because I don't know where to go exactly with my car to get a good trustworthy peoples who cares about their clients and want to make them feel good. And not to threaten them by crushing their shoes.
