AuraBloom review: Pretty sure they are scammers

I signed up for the VIP crystal club. It said it was $9.95 a month shipping for a free crystal in exchange for leaving a review.
The first month was fine, no issues. I was excited for the next month.
The next month came and I was charged $24.95, more than double. I received notification that my crystal was delivered on Thanksgiving day and I was home all day and no, it was not delivered. The confirmation of delivery photo showed someone holding a package inside a car.
I then contacted aurabloom about the price increase and not receiving the item. They said they could make a one time exception and send a replacement. This makes no sense to me. And they never sent it.
In response to the price they said they sent an email about the price increase, but maybe I had missed it. Never received that. They offered to lower the price to $17.95.
This is sad because it would be such a fun thing if they weren’t scammers. I don’t know how they stay in business.
