Aurabloom are scam artists. On 3/16/2026 I received my 3rd package from Aurobloom VIP Crystal Club. I wasn't too pleased. It was a red satin bag with one tiny raw crystal I could've purchased from my local 5 $ dime store for $2.95. That's all that came in this shipment, no box. Just mail is a tiny shipping bag. I was charged $0.00 for the tiny crystal, but Aurabloom took liberties with my card & charged $24.95 Shipping & Handling. The whole package weighs less than a quarter of an once $ ships from New York. I live in Texas. My 1st experience with Aurabloom's Customer Service was AI automated responses including emails literally "Begging" me to continue business with them for $17.95 a month. I kept sending messages to them demanding a refund stating that's not what I'd signed up for. The blatantly responded with stating they canceled my subscription & they denied my refund. It clearly states on their site how they honor refunds within a 30 day window. All they could state is how they sent me an email stating a price increase. I never received an email of such. After warning them how I'd reported them to The Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General Consumer Affairs in both states, New York & Texas, & the BBB, even though their not signed up with the BBB, did they, once again, took liberties with my card stating they gave me a 50% discount I did not agree with. The proof they sent me shows only $9.95 taken off which is still not 50%! The proof itself looks sketchy. It looks as though they again charged my card the $24.95 with a -$9.95. Increasing the amount needing to be refunded! Since when is $9.95 half of $24.95? I'm still battling them & will NOT give up until I receive my FULL refund!
Claimed loss: $125
Desired outcome: A full refund. They're breaking Federal Laws.
