McDonald's

I purchased a crispy chicken deluxe medium meal from the Albion store in Brisbane at 6-45 pm 22/05/2023. I went thru the drive though to collect my meal. I received my meal and as I drove away I reached into the bag and the fry’s where cold.I am somewhat disappointed that this isn’t the first time that I have brought McDonald’s from this store and the meal is cold, as you know take away meals arnt cheap and it seems the store can’t get it right
I tried to call the store almost 6 times to speak with a staff member and each time I called the phone rang out.
I would appreciate a customer service representative contact me in regards to this issue.
