SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Customer service

I absolutely cannot stand direct tv right now. They continually send me late notices when they apply it to wrong account. They send me to another number after on hold for 15 minutes, when I tell them that is not what the problem is, they do it anyway and I call and the first message says that I should call my tv provider. Ever since the att and Directv merger it has been a nightmare. I was a Directv customer for years and had no complaints but now spend 10 minutes to get to talk to a person because if I could have avoided the nightmare of the Directv phone tree, I certainly would do it online. So now don't have problem solved and I am going to have to call [email protected]##$##@
