Atlanta Luxury Motors Kennesaw This is the worst place to find a used Vehicle, please don't waste your time or money with this company

This is the worst place to find a used Vehicle, please don't waste your time or money with this company. They are crooks and they sold me a piece of ***. My 2017 KIA Sorento was in a previous wreck and they never disclosed this to me. They even let me purchased an extended warranty that would be NO GOOD to use due to the car being in a previous wreck. I tried to get my car repaid at AML, all they did was a half job just to get me on my way, and they problem wasn't fixed and they said since I purchased over a year ago, there was nothing that they could do! I stuck with a car that is not nearly worth what I purchased it for and a warranty that is VOIDED...Please don't buy form this place they are a RIP OFF...their Corporate office just gave me the run-arounds and no help what so ever.

Beware of dealing with these people . I attempted to buy a truck from them during the test drive the turn signal was not working we figured it was a bad bulb the said they would fix it this was on a Sunday . Monday the truck is not ready and Tuesday I get the call its more than the bulb its a module and they have to send the truck off which could take 1-2 weeks after some discussions back and forth they are going to take the part of a truck on the lot and program it then deliver the truck to me. Weds goes by Thurs they call with the bad news truck still has to go to Chevy and it will be 1-2 weeks before I see it. This is a truck I was paying 53,000 for that was unacceptable to me so I cancelled the sale. They still held 3000 of a down payment which was put on a card and that was supposed to be refunded the following Monday according to Gary 08/02. The refund didnt take place till 08/04 on a Weds that's the receipt they sent me with the name spelled incorrectly. As of 08-10 nothing has appeared back on the card and after checking with the credit card company there was no pending refund and they also let me know that had it actually been refunded the name would of been spelled correctly the receipt they gave me was a forgery. Thankfully the credit card company will take care of it. Beware these people are not truthful do not take your business here they will cheat and steal from you

I went into this location after viewing two vehicles of interest on-line. I arrived in my 2012 Toyota Camry accompanied by my two boys. The car was actually for my eldest son. We walked around the lot and noticed that after 10 min a sales associate appeared under a tree. I thought he was going to offer help. Instead he was joined by another associate who both watched us but never engaged. We stood long enough by a vehicle thinking someone would offer help. After 30 minutes, I had to call the ALM marietta-suv office and request my sales rep come over to help us. He took about another 25-30mins to get there. In the meantime we were watched like hawks. The two sales rep positioned themselves in the shade in the service station area and one even sat! I began to take pictures. Although we live in the south my kids, we are from NY. My children have never experienced this type of racism before. This was a teachable moment for them. I came in with a preapproval of 55k. I came with the intent to respect everyone's time and effort. I don't like shopping and just wanted a quick in and out process. And i simply wanted to by my son a car. I guess I didn't look like a homeowner, or professional to them. Both black and white alike we were ignored. To make matters worse I saw the same two reps jump up to greet two white customers as they were exiting their car. One black guy was helping a woman who arrived well after us unload her car while the other black guy avoided eye contact at all cost. My 17yr old went into the building and let them all know they were disrespectful to his mother as they saw us waiting for help and all he wanted was his bmw! As I was walking to meet the Marietta Rep, the kenessaw associates came out the building offering help and noting that "they never saw me". I quickly declined there help and told them "I know I was not their preferred color, but an 1hr was too long to wait to get help!" Once our marietta Rep was able to get the keys so we could test drive, the battery was dead! So they are snobs who don't maintain their vehicles either...

Atlanta Luxury Motors Kennesaw Bait and switch

Bait and switch...ALM sent out an email last week for with the "Sell or trade your ride event." The email stated they'd give up to 130% for your vehicle whether you're trading it in or selling it to them. I decided to check it out and found that they weren't even close to the 130%. It was the same as if there wasn't a promotion. I went in to get an idea where they'd be number wise. They asked me what my pay off was. What does the pay off amount have to do with how much you'll give for a vehicle? Nothing...but it does keep them from giving YOU too much. Only one person can win in their eyes and that's ALM. The sales people I've dealt with have always been great, but I quickly learned today that management is crooked. Smooth idea from marketing to get people in the door, but it's an even better opportunity for buyers to learn about their deceit. They lost me on this dealing. Don't take the bait.

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would...
I went in to ALM Kennesaw to inquire about a 2019 RAM that they had on the lot. I test drove it and liked it but since I hadn't received pre-approval from my credit union yet I decided that I would come back the next day to get everything finalized. I was told that I had to put down a $1000 non-refundable deposit to hold the vehicle until I come back the next day... I've never heard of this shady policy before but sine I planned to put $1000 down anyway I decided to go ahead and do it... stupid me. I come back the next day and we start going over my trade.
I had a 2017 Mazda CX-5 that KBB said was worth an average of $17,800 based on the condition and features. They tried to say it was worth $13,600... I was able to get them to push it to $15,600 and they were going to use my deposit to boost the car allowance. I signed all paperwork, financing secured, traded in my SUV and now I just need my truck that I was told by the salesperson was being cleaned up and the tank filled so that I can be on my way. Once I got the keys and checked out the truck I noticed that it had not been cleaned up because I could still see dust, crumbs, wet stains, and pollen... No biggie. I leave it alone and drive off.
A couple days later I realize that the plastic was still down where my feet goes. I rip the plastic off and there are no floor mats. I called the salesperson and told him the mats were missing and he promised to have some ordered or taken out of another truck. He texts me to let me know that he found some mats and I go pick them up but didn't place them down yet because I was working on projects and my truck was filled with tools. When I finally unfolded the mats and tried to place them I noticed that the mats were old and didn't fit my model. I reached out to the salesperson and he promised to have them find me new ones.
A week later I get a text from the salesperson saying that they need a copy of my driver's license and the lien holder address to complete the transaction... No mention of my floor mats. I provided my driver's license to this person when I did my test drive and when I was signing my paperwork. I also texted him the lien holder and loan officer information on the day of the purchase so I inquired as to why they needed this information from me TWO WEEKS after I thought the deal had been completed. He tells me that they can't find it and they need it. I refuse to send it and proceed to direct him to the loan officer. The loan officer had a copy of my license in her email and would have gladly provided it to them had they asked her. I did my part so leave me out of it was my attitude. Plus I was *** that somehow they lost information that I gave them twice. Even more *** that it was my ID with my address on it which made me feel vulnerable.
A week passes *** weeks after purchase) and the salesperson reaches out to me again about a copy of my license. I refuse. Leave me alone and work it out through the loan officer. He threatens to take back my truck. I say you can have it back and I'll go somewhere else because the incompetence at this dealership is *** me off. Where's my SUV? Sold. HOW DO YOU SELL MY OLD CAR WITHOUT FINALIZING THE DEAL WITH MY NEW CAR? I speak with the manager, Ernesto, and he assures me that he will have my mats ordered like I wanted and he apologized for what happened to my paperwork and blamed it on a screw up by the finance manager that got rid of paperwork that was needed for the loan.
I speak with my loan officer and she says that I did everything that I was supposed to do and that she had been waiting on ALM to pay the taxes on the vehicle and get it registered so that they can release the check to them. So for 3 weeks ALM lied to me and said they couldn't finalize the loan because they needed a copy of my license when really they just didn't want to pay the taxes for the vehicle upfront. This left me liable for a vehicle that is no longer in my possession because they sold it and also liable for a new truck loan that was going to be due 2 weeks after my old loan was coming due. So now I'm stuck and both ALM and my credit union are not budging. ALM's finance manager, Brian, calls me and begs me to work some magic with the credit union to get them to release the check. He never told me that he was the one holding up the entire process by refusing to do what the credit union asked him to do. I work some magic and get the credit union to release the check to avoid having me be liable for 2 car notes in one month after a 3 week back and forth with ALM. I pick the check up on my lunchbreak and take it to ALM. I hand the check to Brian and he is amazed that I was able to get him the check for 41k. I tell him that I need my mats to be ordered and ask if that's all they needed from me. He says that's it.
Fast forward to yesterday (1 week later and 4 weeks after purchase) and I go to the dealership to pick up my new mats. The sales guy says can you send me a copy of receipt of the deposit that I had made. Now I'm confused all over again... Why? I send copies of the signed sales agreement showing a $1000 deposit listed. He says no not that one. I look some more and can't find what he's asking me to provide. The finance guy calls me and explains that they don't have records of me paying a deposit and they need me to send them my bank statements or a receipt showing I paid it. I go off. I did what I was supposed to do and ALM repeatedly dropped the ball meanwhile I'm on the hook for a car loan that is now past due because apparently ALM never sent a check out to pay off my old car loan even though they received the check from my credit union and sold my old vehicle. I am *** off and at this point they need to figure this out without me. I did my part and they have repeatedly shown how shady and incompetent they are at handling business.

Atlanta Luxury Motors Kennesaw The absolute worse dealership, I have been to in over 40 years of vehicle purchasing throughout the lower 48 and Europe

The absolute worse dealership, I have been to in over 40 years of vehicle purchasing throughout the lower 48 and Europe. We bought a 2020 BMW, thinking we got a good deal until they started adding fees:
Admin $699.00
Certified Inspection $595.00
Int & Ext Protection 995.00

This car was dirty outside and dusty inside. A lumbar support button was missing. I texted the salesman and told him I was on my way to have the part installed. After driving 1 hour, we checked and found out they ordered the wrong part. I got home and ordered it online. The kicker was.. we only had the car 17 days and put less than 500 miles on it. Then the engine light came on and said oil level low! add 1 quart of oil. What was the $595.00 inspection fee for?
I am telling all my Military and LE families to tell their families and friends to stay away. I took all their advertising off the car and added another dealers license frame. The money you think you save on the vehicle, you will loose in the contract agreement.. trust me.. go elsewhere!

ALM ran credit inquiries on both mine and my husbands credit reports even though we came in with a preapproval from a lender. After filing a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com someone from ALM reached out to us and sent us letters to send to the creditors to get the inquiries taken off our reports. What a big pain in the you know what. It took me hours to type letters, run copies, label envelops, and then pay to have them all sent out to 19 creditors in all. This cost me money and time. I reached out to get reimbursed for my inconvenience and was told no reimbursement would be given. Also, many of the addresses on the credit reports are incorrect for the creditors. I got many returned in the mail for unknown address. How is this fair? We did not ask for this. We did not ask for our credit to decline from all these inquiries. ALM didn't really help us at all. Very disappointed! Be careful when going in and purchasing a car.

Atlanta Luxury Motors Kennesaw I have never been through such bad customer service

I have never been through such bad customer service. This place has made my buying a car experience TERRIBLE. I bought a 2018 Honda Civic a couple of weeks ago. I have brought the car back 3 times for small things. This time was the front Bumper that needed to be replaced. I took it in on Sunday and I advised advised Andy that I needed my car back because I will be catching a flight. Well apparently he didn't care. So I called Andy on Tuesday to ask about my car. He said everything was good. Fast forward to Wednesday my car was not back. However, Thursday morning he told me that the body shop brought it back and nothing had been fixed and that they will pick it back up on Thursday morning and have it back at the end of the day. Around 4 pm I called Andy back and he said it wasn't back. I called Andy cell phone @ 7 and he didn't pick up. I called the ALM main # and representative got him on the phone. I advised him that this dealership has really made my experience terrible and I have been very nice. So I asked him where is my car. He said he didn't know. They didn't bring it back. So once I raised my voice he said " Let me get Ray to call you back". So Ray(sales manager) called me back being UNPROFESSIONAL! I advised him of what happen and what I was told. He said that he knew nothing and that he would call me @ 9:30 am. No regards to me having to catch a flight. He knew nothing! I asked him why I was talking to him and he didn't know. He ended up disconnecting the call. VERY RUDE! WHERE IS MY CAR? WHY WAS I LIED TO BY ANDY OR WHY DID THEY LIE TO HIM? I tell you what I think... I don't feel like my car has been picked up till today. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. THEY THINK FEMALES ARE NOT SMART AND THEY DON'T KNOW ABOUT VEHICLES. I received my vehicle back from the body shop and it was damaged more. I have emailed the Paul several times and he is just responded back to me from a last week email. I called corporate and talked to the rude Vice President Cade Ekes and he pretty much said I was complaining and that I could have taken the car however, working in the insurance world you do not take a damaged car. Then Paul emailed me and said that calling corporate will not speed anything up and if I don't trust his honesty and integrity I could contact Honda to check the status of the bumper. This is TERRIBLE

Atlanta Luxury Motors Kennesaw This will be a very long review but worth reading

This will be a very long review but worth reading. On 8/28 I purchased a 2020 Toyota Tundra TRD Sport. Truck valued at 60k. The overall experience while I was there was pretty good. I did purchase the truck without a GA license and said I could do so as long as I got my license shortly, which I did. I only got one key fob because another manager who is responsible for the keys wasn't there. This was told by the salesman, Rick a young Indian kid, and the finance manager. Rick actually told me he would drop off the key no problem. The key never ended up getting dropped off because they claimed they wanted me to get my GA license first. They day after I bought the truck I also noticed there was several stains on the ceiling, which I pointed out to Rick during the test drive and he promised they would be removed. Before I test drove I also opened the bed, and there was a subway bag and subway cup in there. I pointed that out to him as well. That of course was not removed. The right, front tire was also severely damaged and you can tell they changed it. When I informed them about this they wanted to charge me $400 to fix this. After speaking with the sales manager they did en up replacing the front two which was good with me. Now the only issue to fix was my key. When I took the truck in to replace the 2 tires, I told Rick I still needed the 2nd key fob. He was running all over the place because he couldn't find it and he told me another salesman most likely reprogrammed it for another Toyota. Now keep in mind this was late September. He then offered for me to PAY for the second key fob. I said no and told him to speak to management. Rick never followed up with me. I have the entire conversation between him and I where I had to follow up about a handful of times with him, and it also includes him telling me there is a second key fob for my truck and he still needs to drop it off. According to him management is blaming the auction for not giving them a second key, which is a lie since they told me there is a second key fob on several occasions. Now they're offering to "hook me up" with their key guy. It makes no sense that we signed an agreement, they lied, and now want me to pay. If the management reads this and wants to fix this issue before it becomes more escalated feel free to contact me. Thank you.
