Poor Customer Service
I purchased a SUV more than 5 months ago and the sales guy, Adamas been lying back and forth about providing the second key. Spoke with the sales manager Chad and he has a nonchalant attitude and don't care to make good on the commitment or give a crap about the deceptive lying salesman, Adam.

Its great to want a second key for a pre owned vehicle. Who doesn't want one? Selling a pre owned does not require 2 keys. The salesperson can try his best but it doesn't always work out. Im sure that vehicle was sold to you at a good price, ive heard some solid things about the ALM group. If you wanted 2 keys you should have went to another dealership and bout certified, oh wait... its 4 grand more. Bashing a car salesman online is horrible, they are human too.
