Dishonest
Everyone is very nice and welcoming - you are treated with professionalism and they even go as far as telling you that they don't lie and will always be upfront and honest. To the contrary, my experience became nothing but a headache. You will always see a salesman's true colors after the deal has been finalized. I will never purchase a vehicle from alm again. The general manager (Can't remember his name i think it's kabe) is horrible and need not be selling luxury vehicles. His conduct and ways of handling business is that of a 2 bit hustler that knowingly selling lemons. This place looks the part! But via my experience, "they will not stand behind their vehicles once sold" regardless what was promised.
