I got a new ride from Athens Dodge Chrysler Jeep and it started making weird noises and popping with less than 5k miles on it. The tires were also needing to be replaced with only 5k miles on them. I had to take off work for 2 days to get the truck checked out, but they said nothing was wrong with it. They treated me like dirt and disrespected me in front of others. The dealership didn't offer me anything and Chrysler corporate only said they'd pay for hazard coverage on the tires if I bought new ones, which would only be around $40 when the tires cost over 2k. Not cool, man.

This dealership is not good, they cheated a military family. We bought a used Jeep Wrangler and after a few days, we found a leak in the door seal. We thought it was a small problem. We took it to our local Jeep dealership and they told us that the Jeep had been in an accident and the frame was bent. This caused the door to leak. We tried to contact "Johnny" and their GM, David *** but they didn't respond or call us back after several inquiries. It's a shame that we had to learn this lesson when buying a used car, especially since it was supposed to be a happy event for our son. We are very disappointed and disgusted. Athens Jeep, you should be ashamed of yourselves!

I left my 2018 Pacifica at Athens Dodge Chrysler Jeep on 8/6 for an oil change and to check the check engine light. They said it would cost $125 to check the light. Their computer said there was a cylinder misfire at some point, but the car was driving fine when we left it. They changed the oil and said there was no problem with the engine. Then they took the engine apart, so the car couldn't be driven. They called and said there was a big problem and it would cost $4,750 to fix or $600+ to just pick it up with the engine apart. They want $850 to put it back together to how it was when we left it. They said it would cost $125 to check for a problem, but they charged us over $800 to find the problem and give us an estimate to fix it. I asked the service advisor to put it back together how it was when we brought it in, when it was fine to drive. I should only have to pay $125.

They sent me the wrong tire and made me pay to send it back. I bought a spare tire for my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica, but they sent me the wrong one. The tire they sent was too big to fit in the spare tire compartment. I tried to explain this to the parts manager, but they didn't believe me at first. Eventually, they agreed to take the tire back, but I had to pay for the return shipping. They did refund my money for the tire, but not the shipping. The website had the wrong information and a picture of a different tire. Athens Dodge didn't take responsibility for their mistake and made me pay for it. It's pretty clear what happened here.

I took my jeep to Athens Dodge Chrysler Jeep because of a ticking noise in the engine. Luckily, my warranty covered the charges, but my car had to stay at the dealer for 4 days. They didn't offer me any transportation, which was a bummer. When I picked up my car, the check engine light came on the next day. I took it back to the dealer, but they couldn't find anything wrong. A week later, my engine started to overheat, and when I took it back to the dealer, they said it wasn't their fault. I've had bad service here twice, and every time I come for a service, I end up having to take it back for other services that I never had problems with until after they are finished. I want to speak with someone other than the manager because she wasn't very helpful either. I paid a lot of money for terrible service, and on top of that, they said the new problem would cost a lot to fix, which I don't have. I want to speak with corporate and get some help with this repair because I do believe that this dealership had something to do with this problem. It's hard times, and I need my car to get to work.
