I bought a car from 309 Auto Mart, Incorporated on August 13, and I'm still waiting for the registration card
I bought a car from 309 Auto Mart, Incorporated on August 13, and I'm still waiting for the registration card. I'm driving a car that is still under someone else's name. I've been calling the dealer, but they don't have an answer for me. They say it's because of the holidays, but they also told me they don't have access to the system.
We bought a 2018 *** and traded our old one in December
We bought a 2018 *** and traded our old one in December . We left our plates on our old car thinking the dealer would take them off. About a month later, we got a bill from the State of Pennsylvania for a Toll by plate for $3.90. They probably traded the car with another dealer and didn't use dealer tags to move it. We tried emailing and leaving messages with the GM and head of finance multiple times, but they never got back to us.
I bought a 2017 *** from 309 Auto Mart, Incorporated on December 7
I bought a 2017 *** from 309 Auto Mart, Incorporated on December 7. They also convinced me to get a *** extended warranty. But guess what? The very next day, I called them up and said, "Nah, I don't want it anymore." They told me to sign a cancelation form they emailed me, so I did and sent it back. Since then, I've been making a bunch of calls and sending emails about this whole thing. And let me tell you, it's been a real headache. They keep telling me lies and making excuses. It's gotten so bad that I had to go to the ComplaintsBoard.com to get my money back. Can you believe it? What a mess!

The dealership failed to honor the warranty on a 2013 vehicle
The dealership failed to honor the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty on a 2013 vehicle. Inspected in August before sale, it was bought on September 23. By October 22, it needed repairs for a coolant sensor issue, evident at the time of sale. The dealership's refusal, citing an out-of-state purchase, breaches the implied warranty of merchantability. The pre-existing condition, documented by photos, should have been caught during inspection. The dealership was informed, but their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction is clear. I expected better from a reputable dealer and regret the purchase.
I bought a 2020 *** on 7/3 from Montgomeryville Acura
I bought a 2020 *** on 7/3 from Montgomeryville Acura. They didn't make me do all the necessary paperwork or give me copies, which I found out later. I tried to get copies of the odometer statement for my trade-in on 7/7, 7/8, 7/9, 7/10, and 7/11 by texting and calling them many times. Finally, on 7/11, I went to the dealership myself, but they couldn't find the odometer statement. They just made one up on the spot with the wrong information, which I later found out showed fewer miles than the car actually had when I traded it in. On 7/14, I found out that the car had a paint defect on the hood that looked like a dent, but it was actually a piece of dirt under the paint from the factory. A body shop checked it and said the hood needed to be repainted because of this defect, which would cost $543. They also said it looked like someone had tried to fix it before. I tried to contact the dealer on 7/14, 7/15, 7/16, 7/17, and 7/21, but they only responded a little and said they were trying to schedule an appointment. The last response was on 7/21 (as of 7/27). It seems like this dealer knowingly sold a car with a paint defect without telling me and even charged me an extra $400 for the paint job.
