Calling BBB and Attorney to tell them you all denied my claim after UPS paid you for me not receiving the bracelet some other than owner of house and braclet signed for my Merchandise and the UPS guy told me he was going to approve my claimed you got money lied to me Patrick claimed UPS denied it and was going to send me proof lied you are responsible with UPS because I didnt get my bracelet been at same service address for 15 years never happen burton is not how me or my husband sign for our package you cheated me out of my gold bracelet I sent it to you and never got it back
