I'm very happy with product i purchase I searched everywhere and couldn't resist ordering for my oster blender other places where over 30.00 =+ shipping. once arrived i installed and work perfectly the way i wanted is a switch on off and a momentarily . i been having this oster blender for over 30 years and my wife dropped blender and switch broke. My recent purchase from TEMCo Industrial was my first from them. However, it was a good experience in that the communication on order status was timely and accurate, the shipping was prompt, the item was of high quality and the price was competitive. Overall, I am very satisfied with TEMCo and its products and would not hesitate to buy from them again. I also recommend them as a source to anyone looking for power equipment or industrial products. I use a hydraulic crimp tool made by TEMCo. It works very well, no problems at all with it and great results. This uses a set of dies as pairs of various sizes. Recently I lost one of the dies - half of one pair - when working at a remote job site and did not discover the missing die until I returned from the job site several days later. I contacted TEMCo regarding the missing die and was sent a replacement at no charge and with no shipping. Much appreciated!

Fast shipping and good packaging. I would buy from them again. I'm in the middle of redoing all the battery cables and connections on my whole house generator setup and this cable crimping tool is just what I need to make good strong connections that will never loosen up. I've only used it for a short while but I'm happy with the solid feel of the tool and I think it will last for a good long while. I like to buy quality tools, and this seems like a good one so far.

I am an industrial electrician and have had much experience with electrical plugs. TEMCo plugs and connectors are very high quality and fair priced. I ordered them and received them very quickly and they were well packaged. I would highly recommend their products to anyone that likes high quality at a fair price, you won't be disappointed. The latest I purchased were the NEMA L14-30 which are a normal plug for standby generators. They are easy to wire and the connector they are mated to tightly. Great products, excellent service, and reliable performance.

Their was a problem with the product that I had ordered had been discontinued. The advertising on Ebay showed that the product was available and I ordered it. The item did not arive on the day suggested , so I emailed TEMCo and the problem was resolved and I received the item in a reasonable mount of time. Item ordered was apair of battery cables 36 inches long with 3/8 inch Diameter holes. Product was professionally assembled and made with the best materials. I would purchase any product that they are promoting. Thank you.

Searched high and low for a true AWG crimp tool that wasn't a cheap knockoff. Bought the TH0005 and lug assortment, made up my ABYC and USCG cables in mere minutes ! TEMCo warranty, product availability, quality, fast (and free) shipping cannot be beat. Tools from everything I can tell are 'lifetime' quality, the sort you don't get many places anymore. I have had to re-order lugs and more (welding) cable, as once my buddies found out I had this crimper, now they want cables made up for their projects/welders/cars/golf carts. Bottom Line: Top notch service, top-line tools.

I have made several small purchases from TEMCo for specialty wire and they always surprise me with the best service. Very fast and well protected package delivery and the products have been to spec. every time. When the wire you use matters, get it from TEMCo (gee, that sounds a lot like a slogan from the 1960's Daren Stevens of Bewitched TV series), but seriously they have the best, most consistent wire I can measure and the coils I make are really consistent and thinking of making them for a small business as I go into retirement. Quality and customer service are my watch words and it appears they take them to heart too. KWDIII

Great company. We bought a TEMco wire compression tool. We used it to work on a difficult job at the Charleston SC Ports Authority. It did an outstanding job. A very good and quality pro tool. We had one small problem. One half of the 300 mcm die set was missing from the set. Not sure how it happened, as we did not work on any 300 mcm cables. I called TEMco and asked for some help. Zero problems. They quickly sent the other half of the 300 mcm die out, no questions asked. That's what you get when you buy American, and work with a company like TEMco: quality products, quality people, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend TEMco, as a great company to purchase quality tools from.

I chose TEMCo cable crimper based on customer reviews and especially the warranty as expressed in a video by this company. Although pricing was higher than many other units found on the internet, I wanted the highest product quality and the assurance of no-hassle product return if not satisfied. The unit appears well made and very well packaged with a solid case. Well, while using the crimper, I noticed the jaws for the 2/0 wire size, and thus the resulting crimps were slightly off alignment. It was not affecting the integrity of the crimp but it bothered me cosmetically, and I paid more for this product. I returned the unit via the company's return process and promptly received the new unit 2 days later. I've checked the alignment on this crimper, and it appears OK now. Will be using again soon. I do expect proper crimps this time around.

To start off with, the agent I spoke with through customer service guaranteed that he would package my account capacitor in a solid sturdy box for safe travels to my residence. He went above that and put it in a bubble wrap sleeve and then put it in a solid sturdy box and then wrapped the box with a cushioned packing bag for shipping. You see, I ordered 2 ac capacitors from 2 different sellers on an online marketplace and they both just shipped them in a cheap bubble wrap bag and they were severely dented each one by the time I received them. So my point is, excellent customer communication and excellent customer service before I even ordered the product, and he packaged it for extreme safe travels. Oh, there is a bonus feature of free 2 day shipping all the way from the company's location. Holy bonanza! Simply put, you can't go wrong with Temco.

I purchased an add-on electrical foot switch for my 1-1/2 HP drill press - the type that plugs into the wall outlet and then has the drill press cord plug into the switch's plug, so that there is no wiring needed - it is simple "plug-and-play". The switch was purchased through eBay, and was shipped from California to Maryland in 4 days after purchase. It was very securely packaged and arrived with no package damage. It seems to be very solidly constructed, and works well for hands-free starting and stopping my drill. I am completely satisfied. I am submitting this review because a card asking for reviews came in the box with the switch. Normally, I would not bother, but this company says it is just starting up and I want to encourage companies that make solid products and deliver them promptly. I don't expect any problems with this product, but if one should arise, I will contact the company and then supplement this review.

I purchased their cable lug crimp tool. It was priced well, included free shipping (fast 2-day fedex) and we received it without issue. The tool seems high quality and heavier than we expected. I used the product to crimp an automotive battery cable that came off of the terminal, and it worked exactly like expected. There is some denting of the metal pin that performs the crimp but I hammered it pretty hard and probably missed a few times striking it in angled places. If the pin was hardened metal, it may not have suffered the denting issue but striking hardened steel with a hardened faced hammer may cause shattering. No instructions came with the tool but it was pretty straightforward to use. A card came with the product defining a 1-year easy refund warranty. I have not nor do I think I would need to test this policy if the product is used normally, but if they really honor it, then the summary of my review is: Good product, good pricing, fast shipping, and liberal return policy.

After having quite a bit of trouble (at least a month) locating the particular tool that I needed for a job, I found TEMCO Industrial, LLC online while sitting in a church waiting for the Bride and Groom to arrive. I had used a rental business, other websites (one took 10 days and still didn't ship it) and another sent a knockout punch for conduit instead of the true size that I needed. I phoned TEMCO the next day and the representative assured me that their 1-1/4" punch was actually 1-1/4" and not the conduit size. After having been frustrated at not being able to find this tool, it was reassuring to know he knew what he was talking about. I received the tool in 3 days (would have been 2 except for a shipping snafu), used the tool for the job and it worked great. Not only that, the price of the tool from Temco was significantly less expensive than the others. Thanks Temco...you saved the day and helped avoid the cost of having to waste about $800 for this auxiliary tank I was installing in a motorcycle.

This complaint is about product failures and lack of response from the manufacturer. Little over a year ago, I purchased a Temco RC0011 Round Motor Run Capacitor for an outdoor pool pump application. Despite a five-year warranty, the cap failed after only six months. I sent a note to Temco using their web site "leave a message" tool, but no response. Then, I ordered a new RC0011. It failed after seven months, and I sent another note to Temco, but again, I received no response. I like the brand and appreciate that they are a US-based company, and I ordered two more, anticipating that I will continue to experience failures. I also ordered a competitor's cap, same specs. I have installed the competitor's cap and will see if it fails like the Temco ones did. And, if it does, then I will presume it was not a QC issue but an environments/usage issue. But, it would have been nice to have received responses from the Temco website leave-a-message tool. Maybe it's broken!
