The Secretary of the HOA Board has requested the voting details to do a review of the election results due to residents raising concerns regarding the interference by AAM during the process and abnormalities with the overall results. AAM did not offer the detailed voting results to the Secretary when they signed off on the summary page. The Secretary is now asking for the details that should have been offered and shared at the time the overall results were shared.
There were other examples of interference by the Community Manager of AAM, such as changing the ballot in favor of one of the candidates that AAM favors. This is a simple request raised by the Secretary and could be resolved within a day. Instead, because of the Community Manager's refusal, the HOA is now having to spend money on an outside attorney.
Again, it's a simple request. If there is nothing behind the audit fraud suspicions, then hand over the details and let the Secretary review it. Normally, if someone refuses to provide details, it normally means they are hiding something or protecting someone.
