Rental Beast hooked me up with a dope agent who was down to check out pads for me since I wasn't around. He found me a spot that was just right, and it all went down super fast. Props to them for the hookup and speedy service.

Rental Beast is dope! Their platform and customer service are on point. I've put my homies onto it and they've all had a sick time too. Seriously, you gotta check them out!

I been usin Rental Beast for a few years now to take care of my rental places. They help me get the word out to local real estate peeps, check out potential renters, and take care of rent payments online. It's a breeze to use, does what it's supposed to, and doesn't cost me nothin' as a landlord. I'd say it's a must-have!

I dunno how they got my email. Maybe someone from *** gave it to them without asking me first. The *** listing was sketchy from the start. I never even checked out their site. The first time I heard of Rental Beast was when they sent me an email saying they made an account for me.

At first, it was kinda bumpy 'cause their system had some bugs, but Rental Beast came through in the end. In just two months, I made some dough by closing three rentals with Rental Beast. Their customer service is spot on. Big ups to *** and the Rental Beast crew for makin' it happen.

I paid $50 for a property through Rental Beast, but it turned out they weren't even using their services. I contacted them and they said I should have contacted the property first. They didn't seem to care and just said "too bad." I'm glad to hear they're getting dropped by ***.

Rental Beast has helped my biz grow a ton! I was a new agent last April and decided to try Rental Beast in the summer of 2021. I built up my landlord clientele and now they always hit me up for their rental listings! Plus, I found a bunch of off-market listings at apartment complexes and brought some of my rental clients there to lease. The platform is easy to use and they have a lot of education tools for agents. I'd def recommend Rental Beast for new and seasoned agents alike.

I'm a real estate agent and I gotta say, Rental Beast is pretty good. They help us agents out more than other guys and they give us some good leads. It ain't easy to make both agents and renters happy, but Rental Beast does a good job of giving us the info we need to do our jobs right. Their support team is also helpful with checking out leads and doing stuff in the background to make sure we succeed, which means our clients are happy too.

I put my pad up for rent on avail and it got linked to other sites. But then Rental Beast swooped in and took over my listing on ***. They used crappy pics and a vague description that prolly messed me up cuz I stopped getting calls from peeps who were interested. Renting out a pad is time-sensitive and they messed with my cash flow! How can they just take over someone else's listing with no agreement or permission and mess with my communication? That should be against the law!

I signed up for Rental Beast on June 1. I thought I would be paying $49.99/month for 3 months. But when I put my credit card info in, I got charged $999.00 instead of $49.99. I contacted Rental Beast, but it was after hours, so I couldn't file a report. I talked to my bank and disputed the charge. Rental Beast said I agreed to the charges and showed my receipt. I talked to *** and we agreed that if the chargeback was reversed, I would get a $900 refund and keep my subscription for 3-4 months. But my bank sided with Rental Beast and took the money out of my account. It's 9/20, and I still haven't received my $900 refund. I joined Rental Beast to help rental leads and make extra money for my family, but this has been a nightmare. I haven't even used the subscription yet. I've been talking to *** Freedom, but he's been rude and said it's my fault. I've been patient and calm, but no one seems to care. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

I paid for a subscription to Rental Beast as an agent to receive leads. Leads were few and far between, including several months of NONE. There were technical glitches with the site, billing issues, unresponsive landlords, and poor customer service. I would NOT recommend any agent use Rental Beast for leads.

I was browsing *** Marketplace randomly this week and was shocked to see that one of my rental units was listed for rent by Rental Beast. Information in the listing was incorrect, stating that it is a condo (it's not), that it has four units (it doesn't), and that it has central a/c and heat, a garbage disposal, granite countertops, and cats welcome (none of that is true). This unit is currently occupied and I have never had any type of relationship with Rental Beast. I messaged the listing multiple times asking for it to be taken down and also reported it to *** - no answer and the listing is still up. I called the Philadelphia office and the customer service line that is quoted in the responses to *** reviews - no answer at either and had to leave messages. I did receive a call back from someone at Rental Beast in Washington DC who very rudely told me I was not in their system, that they had no record of the property, and that "they do not control what is on ***." When I posted to the company's *** page explaining the situation and asking for clarification, the post was deleted. A regional director called, was very apologetic, and seemed to be trying to take action, but there is too much shadiness around all of this. Do not do business with this company. This seems like a complete scam.

So, I paid 50 bucks for an application fee on Rental Beast's website for a house I wanna rent. But when I called 'em up, the manager lady told me the site's a scam and that my application ain't going nowhere. I'm pretty pissed off and want my money back ASAP.

Rental Beast got our pad listed as for rent on their site https://www.rentalbeast.com/default/listings/show/6390136. They also put it up on a bunch of other rental sites with their digits as the contact. But they ain't got no right to represent our crib, 'cause it's up for sale. Some poor sap even shelled out 80 bucks for a rental app for our place, only to find out it was a scam. Me and my hubby were tryna find a crib to rent in ***. We saw a dope spot on some website and when we went to apply it took us to RentalBeast.com. We filled out all the deets, uploaded our docs and paid the fee with our card. But when we tried to check the status, the rental peeps said they ain't got no record of our app. They asked if we paid the 55 bucks plus a 200 dollar deposit, but we only paid 49 bucks for the app. Later, we got prompted to pay the other 49 bucks, so I called the realty company. But they ain't got no answers and we feel hella sketchy about it. We disputed the charge with our bank, but our personal info is still on their site and we can't delete it. We gotta monitor our credit for fraud now. This company is whack, don't use it.

So, I had a bad experience with Rental Beast. This guy *** told me I was only signing up for a three-month trial and they wouldn't keep my credit card info. But when I tried to cancel, they wouldn't respond and charged me again. I've been trying to get a refund for months and they won't answer my emails or calls. One guy said they owe me a refund, but I haven't heard back from them since. These guys are manipulative and don't care about their customers. Don't do business with them.
