I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled with the service I got from Assignment Geek. I shelled out $121 for what I thought was gonna be a 6-page paper, but the writer told me I actually needed 17 pages. That's gonna cost me over $200 more! I mean, seriously, who can afford that kind of money? Not me, that's for sure. And the live chat people weren't much help either. They were pretty blunt and didn't seem to care about my situation at all.

Now I'm in a bind because I need to turn in my assignment by the 25th, and it looks like I'm gonna fail. I asked if I could pay half now and the rest later, but they said no. As a result, the quality of work was incorrect and sloppy in terms of grammar, spelling, and English. I notified support that I did not believe the writer was reading messages, but they did not intervene and communicate with the writer.

The first writer delivered wrong answers because they did not read the messages, and after having been offered two extensions, the quality of work was still incorrect. I delivered mark-ups of the documents via their portal and to support via email showing many insufficiencies. Writer #1 bailed after receiving the mark-up and attempted to argue with the solution given to me by the instructor. I permitted them to assign another writer.

The second writer was no better than the first. They did not follow the instructions and their English writing skills were grossly insufficient. They delivered unusable materials, and again, I delivered mark-ups of the documents showing many insufficiencies through their portal and to Support via e-mail. They wasted a month of my time, but the story does not end here.

I asked for a refund based on unusable deliverables. Via their support chat, I was told that Dispute Resolution would take 4-5 days. Eight days later, I had heard nothing, so I reached out again via support chat and was told that Dispute Resolution was out of the office. A few days later I tried again, but Dispute Resolution was still out of the office. I said that this was unacceptable and inquired exactly when do these people work? They either could not or would not offer an answer. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. Shortly thereafter, I received an e-mail from Dispute Resolution asking for the marked-up documents already in their possession. I responded that they already have the materials needed to perform assessment and to check their email and their repository. I am still awaiting resolution.

In conclusion, I strongly advise everyone to stay FAR AWAY from this service provider. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and their writers are not competent. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
